Stumbled arcoss this little gem wandering around downtown Charlottesville. SUPERB, DELECTABLE,& FLAVORFUL. The selection of food is amazing from octopus, red snapper, steak, & MARGARITAS!! Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. My server was pleasant, but a bit under attentive but it was a quiet day. I can't wait to come back with some of my friends the next time.
I went with my friend to Mariscos for lunch. The portions are generous. We were brought ceviche first, then got the guacamole which had lots of onion and spice and was delicious. We both got the fish filet with their Sinaloa sauce, which was flavorful and sweet+spicy (mild). Service was great! Nice, fast.The large margarita is featured, with my head for comparison. It was AMAZING and strong. Recommend the medium size if you need to drive home lol.
Service was a little slow, but the food was excellent. Pina Rellena was amazing and their grilled shrimp was delicious!
This restaurant is amazing & I counted it as much an experience as our day at Monticello. Our daughter wanted fresh oysters & we had great salmon, melt in your mouth bass, & steak. Our waitress & our daughter conversed in Spanish & we had such fun with her. The decor is so colorful- beautiful huge light fixtures & colorful chairs & tables, but best was the friendly staff. I highly recommend this place if you're adventurous!

Food was delicious! Ambience was festive! Food portion was great! Regarding the cost, it's a bit pricey. But I will definitely revisit for their delicious seafood items.
They give free appetizer with 3types of salsas which are really good. We ordered the shrimp,crab,scallops and octopus stuffed coconut item and the fried red snapper. Both came in a great portion. The foods were really really good, we were full but still couldn’t stop eating. We'll surely suggest friends to come and will be back again!!
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. The margaritas, plate sizes and flavors are to die for. It was the best michelada we’ve found in the area. They brought us ceviche as a free appetizer. Seriously incredible! Thanks for the great experience
