I just moved to the area and was given a certificate for a free large pizza. I had to call to place the order since it was carryout and the person who answered was so nice. I also added wings to the order and when I went to pick up, they gave me the wings for free as well. The customer service was quick and friendly. It was my first time ever having Marcos and it was really good for how fast it was prepared.
Never ate a Marcos and it was awesome. Cashier and cook was friendly checking on us to make sure we was ok plus the food. We got a pizza and I thought it would be like pizza hut no it was so much better like a authentic Italian needless to say I'm gonna miss this place when I go home cause we don't have these where I come from
If I could give a zero for this rating I would. Order taker Ash took my order on the dirty register and went to the assembly area to make my pizza without washing her hands. She was unapologetic after I told her the reason I wanted a refund. I will no longer consider using this store or ordering on line. What you don't know doesn't hurt. Until you see it
It was great pizza could of cooked longer cheese wasn't fully melted then the boy walked in and tried to make us pay 2times
i love yalls food. but i dont understand how ive ordered tge same thing ten times abd its com9letely differebt EVERY SINGLE TIME. never get ranch that i ask for, my salad was not fikked and had no croutons and just idk. its something ever SINGLE time like what is this?
My husband and I had the pleasure of ordering Marco’s Pizza while visiting out of state for our anniversary. Hands down… best cheese pizza we’ve BOTH ever had. Have you ever seen A Goofy Movie and there’s the scene in the motel with that BOMB looking pizza? This is that. It was everything I’ve imagined it to be.Simply put, do yourself and favor and order some Marcos.

Simply if you eat here and there happens to be a mistake with your order caused by them, don’t plan on your issue being heard out with empathy or care from the owner Susan . They charged me $32.00 twenty-one times. They stated that was an issue with their system and that it was not showing up on their end at all, and since they could not see the charges, they would fall off the next day. I was told that information by one of their GMs. Having worked in retail and foodservice in my past, I knew this wasn’t the case and waited an additional day to call back. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of talking with the owner. She was extremely rude and said it’s not their issue; it’s a bank issue, and she did not have the time and hung up on me. I printed out the information the statements only wanting to see if there was some way to contact their technical support or whoever handles issues like this to help speed along the process and brought it to the location. I asked to speak to the owner, and she came up, “like yeah, what do you want” mind you, I never met this woman for Adam. She is immediately defensive, and all I am trying to do is show the woman’s the paperwork from our bank since it seems like she didn’t believe me in the first place. She looked at the paperwork and kept saying, “there is nothing I can do, and I am annoyed that I have told you this and yet you are here” I let her know the the issue was no longer that her store charged me twenty-one times, but also a lack of proper customer service etiquette skills. She then proceeded to throw the paper at me and walked away, and told me to leave. It is disgusting that a business owner would act like this, especially when times are tough for all of us. I wasn’t asking her to give me cash as she kept implying or acted; I was simply asking her to help troubleshoot by contacting the technical support folks on her end. She made a lot of assumptions about me, but there is one that is for certain, I will never eat at a Marcos pizza again.
Everything we got was really good.. Chicken Ceasar salad was fresh and delicious. Pizza and cheese bread was also fresh and delicious! Highly recommend this establishment.. Customer service was amazing from ordering to picking it up at the store..
Absolutely love marcos pizza. The food is great the customer service and delivery times are fantastic. customer service is amazing. the coupons and rebates/rewards are top notch. My go to pizza place in cville. Keep it up!
