Great selection. 45 mins from us but orange va sucks and only has one grocery store.
The delivery/pick up have major issues. When it comes to getting "fresh" produce......didn't know it was April's Fools day?
Why are you even offering order pick up when the available pick up dates are a week out, and you don't reserve the merchandise? I placed an order on April 12, the earliest date I was offered was April 18, and two hours before my pick up time you sent me a text saying my merchandise wasn't available. If I had known that, I would have just gone into the store for it.

Hands down the WORST grocery store in Albemarle County. I am DONE with their deceptive sale signage. The supposed sale price is oh so easy to see - and somewhere on the sign in 2 pt type there will be a qualifier, such as saying that you have to buy three to get the sale price. They are also fond of placing sale signs near items that aren't actually on sale. Don't bother shopping here unless you are ready to scrutinize every sale sign.
Had some trouble with Kroger Pickup last night. Went in to speak to the new manager and he worked it out and offered a merchandise credit to correct the error. Thank you for your assistance and assurance that it wouldn’t happen again.

This is a great store if you want to be racially profiled or falsely accused. Has anyone else had any instances of being followed or harassed while grocery shopping?
A wonderful store, with great products and friendly people. I'm in there two or three times a week. However, as long as they're using the bogus Certegy Check Services, I'm afraid I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
