The cookies are delicious but other than that everything about this location sucks. I have ordered 4 times in the last few weeks and each time there has been an issue with delivery. The first time I did not realize they only do contactless right now and they dropped the box at my door, it was probably out there for a while before I checked. The second time a requested a knock and nothing, same with the third. Tonight I explicitly put knock because the last 3 times they have not and I get a text that the order was delivered. I check and it is not there. I go to the front of my apartment building and they set it in the grass Infront of the building. Just laziness at its finest. I will not be ordering from them again anytime soon.
Today was our second visit. Both times the quality of the cookies has been great. A little pricey, but absolutely worth it. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star review is that they didn't have everything they offer ready at the time we went in. In all fairness, it was UVA graduation weekend and they were swamped. Great cookies.

Awful experience + service!??Ordered a super-6 pack. They were out of almost all deluxe cookies, so I settled for the last of a salted caramel…which they DROPPED ON THE FLOOR, then acted surprised when I no longer wanted it.?They were out of snickerdoodle. I asked for: 1 M&M, 1 mint, 1 PB, 1 choc chip, & 1 sugar. I got: 5 PB & No M&M.?I called to explain + hoping for resolution, but “Chris” was totally careless.NEVER. AGAIN.Just don’t do it! Spend your $ elsewhere.
Don't place an order here unless you plan on calling customer service. Twice my order has been canceled because they "don't have time to deliver it"- mind you these orders were both placed more than 2 hours before delivery closes and I was not notified until over an hour after ordering. Once my order was delivered to wrong address. Once my order took 4 plus hours to arrive.Just tonight my order was marked as delivered on the app, but was not anywhere to be found. We drove around our apartment complex checking the clubhouse, the gate, and other units nearby- nothing. I called the number listed on Google, which is of course a corporate number, and waited on hold to be told my order was marked delivered by mistake and had actually left the shop 10 minutes ago. Not 5 minutes later, more than 15 minutes since my order had supposedly left the store, I get a call from the store saying they, yet again, are too busy to deliver to me and offer to reschedule or refund me. I took the refund and when I tried to ask why they had marked it as delivered/delivering if they weren't able to do so, I was hung up on.I give up. Wish they hadn't run Red Eye out of town because at least then they'd have competition to push them to do better.
Wouldn't know...they arbitrarily closed with no sign on the window and a guy who seemed unhappy about the business "we are too busy to be open we are baking right now"But the place smelled good so I'll try it again some time when they are ready to take money
Awful service! Waited over an hour for my cookies they obviously delivered to the wrong address. Never again worst customer service ever! Stay away
Just called to place an order on the phone and the girl could not have been more rude on the phone. The fact that it sounded like such an inconvenience and problem for me to order some cookies was upsetting. I had to hang up because I will not order from a place of business that treats customers like that. Great job on a lost customer!
I never got my cookies delivered. Ordered them at 7:49pm and they never came, though I got a text at 11:50 that said they were delivered.
Went to this location 8/25 to try the franchise for the first time picking up an order for a bachelorette party. Proceeded to wait to pick up cookies at 10pm, only to find door was locked. Both the website and store hours outside said they were open to 3 am with no sign stating they were closing early, lights were on, cookies being pulled out of oven. Staff continued to stare at me for the next 20 mins as I waited around. The staff continued to ignored me as well as other patrons.
