After being told it would be 15-20 minutes to b be seated, we continued to wait. Finally sat after 50 minutes. We wanted to leave, but didn’t want to go and wait somewhere else. Terribly short staffed. Also, there were so many flies in the dining area.

Waited almost 45 minutes to get out which was too cold to even melt the butter. I could understand if the place was packed but there was less than 10 tables here. I always try to leave honest review’s whether good or bad and this has honestly turned us against iHop. The servers were not attentive to the customers. The manager did not speak to us regarding the issue. The place could really use better management.

There were no waiters, which wasn’t really a problem since we could just order to go. While we waited they seemed to have a few problems with a couple items we ordered. Which again wasn’t too big of a problem when we had to settle with another item. To top our experience off the person who seemed to be cleaning the restaurant decided to literally spray axe body spray on all of the walls while we sat there. Food wasn’t good, but wasn’t horrible. Seemed like the host may have gone back and made our food lol. Would not recommend.

Waited about 5 minutes before anyone came out front to add us to the waitlist. When they did she told a woman behind us it would be just a few minutes wait, then a minute later looked at my family with 2 young children and said “just so you know it will be at least 20 minutes.” I’m sure they are short staffed and we were willing to wait a while but this came off as very rude and made it clear they weren’t interested in serving my family.

Our waitress was wonderful and the food was really good. The problem was the host and the cleaning of the tables after diners left. I was really confused on what the host did. He would set a couple of groups of people. Then go into the kitchen and perhaps helpful waitress out, and in the meanwhile there were plenty of tables that were empty but dirty. I know our waitress and the other waitress we're upset because of how busy they've been and one of them apparently hadn't eaten.. I'm probably not aware of the way they coordinate the seating. And the busboy would clear the dirty dishes but wouldn't wipe the tables. And perhaps there weren't enough waitresses to care for the amount of diners. From start to finish, we were there a whopping 2 hours, if not a little bit longer.

So disappointed we came an hour before closing and they decided not to take our order and even when we had just walked in the two lady’s who were working there saw us and just ignored like if no one was there then with a very bad attitude one of the lady’s came and said she would take an order to go but didn’t even know if they would make it like how are you gonna take my money without even knowing if you are going to make my food so stupid. Just because they had already started cleaning but yet the restaurant isn’t supposed to be closed yet and if that’s the case change your opened hours !!

Wait hour almost 2 no food no communication nothing. I will never come here again…they were short staff and I understand but dang we waited a long time and got nothing . No one at host both to greet guest coming in. Worst ihop experience I’ve ever experience. Don’t know were our waitress went she took a missing when ask were our food was she stated a few more minutes

A lot of things wrong for starters, the bathroom here for the men's is horrible, the toilet pops when flushed and both sinks shoot out water in all directions, it took more than 40 minutes for our food to be made and their are currently 5 other tables waiting. The restaurant also severely lacks more than half the food, drinks, and staff than the IHOP in Harrisonburg has. Food was good but after all the cons I don't expect to be coming back here again. I don't recommend this for people trying to have a good time and a quick meal.

Wish I could give a zero. Food was cold. Butter wouldn’t even melt. Plates were hot. Hard to understand. Almost finished meal when pancakes arrives on a plate to small to add syrup. Which I had to request twice. Should have went to waffle inn

It started with our party of 7 and four other parties being ignored for 10 minutes while standing at the hostess stand, but things got better once we were seated. After we ordered, though, we waited 45 minutes for our food, while watching others (parties of 3 and 7) who were seated after us get their food and finish eating. When the food arrived, 5 of the 7 were either wrong (hamburger instead of crispy chicken sandwich) or missing items (no salsa on the burrito, no bacon on the chicken sandwich, no gravy on the hash brown or sausage bowls, no sausage with the kids meal), so when we asked for the missing items, they appeared on the bill as extras. That misunderstanding was easily rectified, and the food was delicious once it was all on the table. All in all, though, very frustrating.
