Such a great place, one of my favs in C-ville. Good food until late, yummy cocktails, live music, low key awesome staff, affordable. Why this place isn't always packed is beyond me. Pic is of their to die for GIANT chocolate chip bread pudding. Omg.

Wednesday Night picked up the Special, which is the Reuben, layers of Corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and thousand island dressing, on huge slices of Pumpernickel and Rye bread, served with large portion of French Fries, side of Spring salad greens, with Ranch dressing on the side, and a side of Hollies delicious pickles, the sandwich special is enough for two. The Place is spotless clean, you can view the kitchen if you head out side to dine, Staff and Owner are super friendly.
Both food and service very good. Morgan our bartender was on the ball. Definitely will go back.
I wish I had tried this restaurant sooner. Holly's takes the best elements of diners: affordable prices and comfort food, and elevates them. The food is prepared well, the decor is clean and polished, and there was cozy jazz music playing as the staff greeted the regulars trickling in. Best of all, my meal was served with a salad AND fries, allowing me to indulge without feeling too guilty. Unfortunately I felt a little guilty eating here, since they use plastic straws and styrofoam to-go boxes, which will commemorate my visit to Holly's diner as they sit in a landfill for the next 500 years. If Holly's did their part by switching to biodegradable materials, it would be a five star experience.
Starters... home made deviled eggs and corn homemade deviled eggs and cornbread with honey butter, also homemade. Sandwiches on sourdough bread and an awesome Philly. Cute place with nice patio out back. Nice folks. Karaoke and open mic nights. Full bar. What else can you ask for?
Morgan was fantastic and helped us navigate the menu. The food was beautiful and so yummy. We also were lucky to be there on open mic night. I would definitely come back

The food is always amazing, excellent service with a smile, great live music and events and a nice back patio. This is truly the real, local, long/old timer, rad townie hangout and whenever I go there, it always rocks my socks. ?
