That was the best food and service I've had in a long time. I had the chicken fajitas it was great
Guad is awesome. If you’re looking for fancy, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for cheap garbage, look elsewhere. Guad is the place you take a first date because you’re not looking to seem pretentious but you know you’ll have a great time an the food will be EXACTLY what you’re expecting. They say there’s no heaven on earth… guad is a close second.

I didn't get any tequila and I can't recall if they were playing mariachi music which is what the city of Guadalajara is known for. But very tasty food and in a neat location.
What a joke of a time. Got black beans instead of refried beans, asked for bottled hot sauce by name instead got there homemade salsa.The serve obviously didn’t want to be there being the only table and very sad on how this worker had no clue what was on the menu. Never going here for food again….maybe a cheap margarita and that’s it because clearly that’s all this place can do.
Our server was really nice and helpful.The food was average at best.Ordered chicken Nachos, chicken fajitas, fish tacos, and kids chicken tenders. The chicken tacos were not tasty and kids also did not eat their tenders.Oddly shaped and it’s look was unappetizing.Nice margarita
Decor and service is really good but food is not good. Chips are too oily, salsa doesn’t taste home made. Refried beans were too watery. Enchilada sauce is not good, either.
My wife and I enjoyed the Mexican food here. On a hot summer day, we were also accompanied by our two large dogs: a german shepherd and labrador. We all appreciated the friendly staff, plenty of shaded area for our pets, and the roomy outdoor seating. We will visit this place again when we visit UVA in the near future.
