Burgers were great! French fries were not very good barely warm.
They charged us 40 $ for a bag full of 2 fries and we only got 2 cheeseburgers oh BTW the fries were a small and the burgers dint even have cheese we had the receipt but would not give us a refund and the guy at the register yelled at us until we left
Five Guys burgers have strength. Best fast food burger in the industry, and this franchise is no exception.
The burger was pretty tasty. The customer service was friendly and on point. The fries were gross. They were limp and grease soaked. For the $17.00 I paid for the mini cheeseburger, fries and a fountain drink, the whole meal should be tasty. This is not the first time the fries were like that. There are better food options in Barracks road shopping center for that kind of money.

The food you expect at the chain. No peanuts right now though, unfortunately, perhaps due to Covid. You can sit outside near a nice fountain. Kind of expensive, but what do you expect? Wait times are not super fast but reasonable.
What could be better than a pile of salty, greasy fries and a burger with all the toppings?! Maybe a hotdog grilled perfectly. I love Five Guys for consistent great quality. Effective and friendly service, too.
They were completely overwhelmed. 30-40 minutes to get 3 burgers. Cheese was not melted. Manager called me after I filled out a laborious survey - at the end asked me what I wanted (implying dad I want $$, etc.). I told him I was just being helpful. No comp offered.
