service and food is good

I had a free sandwich for my birthday and they couldn't make it because their system couldn't make a receipt. The guy wasn't very nice about it... Not a convenient location to get to too. And the parking lot sucks.

Every single time I come in there joe acts as if I’m invisible. I understand I’m black and that bothers him but he has a job to do. I haveant felt welcomed ever in that store. Maybe he’s having a few bad days in a row but that’s not my problem. No wonder I hear bad things and none of my black friends reply ear here. Sad.

Great quality sandwiches! Love it here, so glad I finally decided to try it within the last year. I'm OBSESSED with the Cajun mayo, it's AMAZING def recommend y'all trying it. Sandwiches always made on time if you mobile order. Staff is always friendly and nice. So far all my sandwiches have been made correctly.

Extremely smoky inside for whatever reason. Subs were soggy even though I was sitting there waiting for my order. Didn’t seem to actually follow any of the directions on the order receipt. Nice people working there but very poor quality for what you’re paying. Eat elsewhere.

Great sandwiches and friendly staff. Pickles tasted a bit odd, nothing terrible.

First time to this place, past lunch rush and prior to dinner at 3:45 in the afternoon.. The sandwich itself was great. The bread was very fresh and I enjoyed it! The experience was disjointed. The floor was really dirty and there were 5 people behind the counter and one sitting and complaining loudly to a friend on the phone about how dirty the place was and why should she have to clean it when nobody else had cleaned it. She then got up and addressed the rest of the staff and sarcastically congratulated them for doing such a great job cleaning the floor. A lot of equally sarcastic comments said by staff behind the counter. While eating outside, a worker came and yelled (LOUD) for a worker who was taking a smoke break in the seating area around the corner. My friend and I cringed at what a weird experience that was. Fortunately the sub was good because the experience was stressful.

Delicious food and friendly staff. This branch always seems to be really sticky around the drink machine. For Firehouse Subs in general, online ordering only has BBQ baked lays and not plain baked lays, so I have to change them out when I go in to pick up order.

Always kind at the register, but never fast. Great effort to round up and support local volunteer fire station. Stars for that!
