This place is awesome, my husband and i never know what to order when we go to a Dunkin’ Donuts. And the staff there was so nice and helpful. The customer service was outstanding, Aydan, Lillian and Sydney were so nice and just friendly. We was only in there long enough to order but that was long enough to be greeted when we walked in and helped the entire time!! Thank you for making part of our trip to Charlottesville good!!!!

I placed an order on the Dunkin app before we got to the store. The app is NOT user-friendly, adding items automatically to the cart, failing to delete unwanted items, and charging an extra fee before I could place the order. I was having such a problem with the app that i tried to call the store; the phone rang and rang until the call went to voicemail, and the voicemail box was full. Once I finally got the order placed and we arrived at the store, we had a very pleasant experience. The order was ready, and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. The donuts were, of course, amazing!

This Dunkin on 29/Seminole trail messes up orders 9 out of 10 times. Breakfast sandwich was the only correct item. Workers are friendly enough here, but Greene co Dunkin is awesome.

In the area visiting for a new job I decided to stop at dunkin' donuts. Not too impressed as I just went to one in Arizona yesterday and I was much more impressed. The person on the other end of the microphone was not polite she didn't tell me how much it cost and I had to wait a long time in line. They could do better with customer service as far as what I can see.I wrote the first part of the review while waiting in line. After receiving my food I received it cold and it was the wrong one I had ordered the bacon and cheddar egg bites and they ended up giving me the egg white and veggie. I don't know what to do not go back there?I just went back through some of the other reviews here and my experience is par for the course. I assume ownership and management don't want to do anything about this because it looks to me as if it hasn't changed. I know for certain that I won't visit this establishment again.

Actually the worst experience. I ordered off the mobile app and drove 15 minutes to go pick up my food. First of all the front door was locked and I eventually figured out that it was drive thru only, but they couldn’t have posted a sign anywhere saying that? Then when I got to the window they told me that had only 2 items out of the 10 I ordered. Went back around to order the things they DID have available and they only had 3 types of donuts available (strawberry chocolate and vanilla). I asked for a coke and the cashier could not understand and even got annoyed with me after I repeated myself multiple times and she eventually got the message. Got my donuts and they were cold. Do better.

Absolutely horrible location, waited in drive thru for 10+ mins before my order was even taken. Not serving hot food at 10AM on a Sunday. Last time I was here, my order wasn't done right either. Management needs to just start all over. Fire EVERYONE from the top down. Shame, DD up north are much more professional and have a stocked inventory... unless these youngsters are you know. LAZY. If I could provide 0 ? would. Don't come to this location. I can see why they're hiring.

The staff was very rude and not apologetic at all. I ordered just a simple ice coffee and multiple orders were made before mine. I inquired about my order and I was given a rude response “it’s getting made”. The staff was constantly pulling down their mask at the front and drinking beverages in front of customers. I will never visit this Dunkin’ Donuts again.

The people that work here are pretty rude most of the time. My order the past few times have been cold and my coffee is completely wrong and watery. I love my coffee and Dunkin’ in the mornings but they really need to step there game up

So I don't come here often dispite working across the lot only because I don't eat out as much. Im not sure how short staffed they are but, I was the only one in the drive through when they got my order wrong. When I went inside to fix it they still got it wrong? Maybe they need more organization skills because I saw four girls and the manager was leaving. Im not saying I won't come back but, its disappointing to have your first meal of the day get messed up twice.

This last week has been absolutely awful. I’m a regular customer…but, there were two days with no register working and taking cash only, signs taped up and written in the drive through (which why trap cars in that drive through if you could post a sign and block the drive through off?) about closing early and opening late. Yesterday, I waited in the drive through for 10 mins hoping that the window would open and it never did. Very disappointed.
