great service and even better people!
So after years of my kids enjoying dominos pizza we finally have to throw in the towel! So I always order pizza online to get points and which I got a free pizza, only to find that they have taken the money out of my account but no order was received, I call the store to explain what happened the first person was non helpful and explained that I would get money back in 5 to 7 business days, as a single mom who's trying to feed her kids this was just a wash for me! Why do I have to call a number to get my money back they took? No thank you will get 7/11 pizza! Beware of the money takers
It was exactly as expected I tried to call in my order ahead of time but they were unable to hear me that's why I give 4 stars I did try calling in twice before actually going into the store
Never had a problem with this place and their thin crust is far better than the competitors. Their drivers arrive on time and the app tracker is very handy.
I am disappointed with my order today, because the wings were not done! The brownie was good!
I come here all the time. I’ve never been so disrespected & shocked after calling to explain issues I have with the pizza that was delivered. I first talked to Mike who sighed, put me on hold without even letting me know, told me it would be 40 mins until another one could be delivered. When I asked what his position was he said, “I take orders.” I asked if I could speak with a manager, since he didn’t suggest it, & Kristyn was the manager on schedule today. She was also the person who “quality checked,” the order. It’s clear the pizza shouldn’t have been sent out. When I brought this to her attention, & said the app said she checked it- she denied it & said another team member, Katrina, checked it. Somehow this was still sent out. I was told I would have to wait another 45 minutes now after speaking with Kristyn because they are so busy. I get that- but I why am I waiting over 2 hours now (all together) what I ordered in the first place? I will be speaking with their store manager tomorrow. Usually they’re awesome, but this manager doesn’t care what goes out.
Ordered it, never showed up, when you call number you just get ads the entire time. Never ordering again
Placed an online order for car side delivery. My order was ready within the time frame it gave and it was super convenient to pull up and text I was there with someone bringing it out within seconds. The pizza was also phenomenal!! I haven’t ordered or had dominos in years and was very impressed by the quality. Will definitely be ordering again!
Called to see why my order hasn’t arrived and The employee who answered was very rude. Claims my order was on its way and hadn’t left the store yet. Horrible service.
Had to wait to get a pickup order that was ready so app said had to wait on counter help to come from the back was the only order in the store However the meal was great five stars. Wings and bread ect,
