Well where do I begin, they never get the address correct in the GPS so my pizza takes 20 additional minutes to arrive. I understand that there are 3 different streets like mine that end in Ave, or way so I decided to call the manager after the sixth time Riley to ask her to ask the drivers to be more mindful of rd vs Ave or way and she was uninterested in anything I had to say. I work in customer service and she was so unprofessional. She at the end of our conversation stated to her co worker Bethany, that she was going to quit instead of having to just do her job. I will think twice when ordering from here again.
Called to make an order and when I asked them to top it a specific way the manager, by the name of Alan, proceeded to tell me that they would do there best to remember to do it but they couldn’t guarantee that they would remember….When I asked why I would pay for something I might not have ordered he told me I could call them back and they would make it again. But apparently they might not be able to make it right the first time. How ridiculous! Don’t waste your money on something you may not pay for.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I called at exactly at 10:30 for a delivery order, they said they could deliver to us and it’d be here around 30-45 minutes. We ended up waiting for an hour + and called over 25 times and was repetitively hung up on and left on hold. The pizza was never delivered to us and we called in the morning and they said it was supposed to be delivered but it was cancelled and that they do not even deliver to us. It was the most terrible dominos experience i’ve ever had.
Decided that I was going to pick up pizzas after an outing for my family and a few friends. Didn’t order anything weird two medium sausage and cheese, one thin with Alfredo sauce and a couple of veggies, garlic knots with the new dipping cheese sauce. It’s complaint the dipping sauce does not come with something to dip in it you have to pay separately for those so double the price. 2nd complaint the crust was stale, the hand tossed crust was flatter then my thin. Little to no toppings or sauce on any of the pizzas. I don’t usually go to this store but Dominos is my go to. But this location was awful. Plus no one had masks nor did they wash their hands while I was watching. The guy that made our pizza just grabbed the dough after working with money. That is disgusting. But I know the heat of the oven will kill germs. But still. Learn to clean your hands. Manger guy was also rude when I went into pick up the TV said ready and he said well that is not accurate. Worst $35.00 I have spent. I would give a 0star but they don’t have that option.

Whenever I order online, it's ready within the estimated time range—usually on the earlier side. Excellent service. Not always accurate but they quickly make it right, without any hassle!

Ordered a meat lovers pizza and salad with drinks. Absolutely perfect pizza. I usually don't eat the crust of pizza but i did tonight. Whoever made that pizza, kudos to you for a perfect pizza.
