Truly something for everyone and any event - an anchor restaurant, a brewery, ice cream, coffee, many different types of food & shops. It's set up as a food court but doesn't have the feel of a true food court. We have dined at several of the restaurants, most have seating but there's also common area setting, which is always clean. Can't decide, kids can't decide, want a sit down meal, or a cold pint - this is the place for your group. 1 hour free parking.

South and Central: slow service, high quality food and drink. Whole branzino literally means the whole fish with the guts removed, everything else is still there, including bones, fins, head, and tail. Didn't realize this before ordering but mama didn't raise a quitter.Sandwich To Go: Madison was a great sandwich for a hangover, refreshing and hearty.

Very cool, airy space that has a very big city food market feel to it. Everyone in your group gets their pick of what they want to eat... which is either exciting or daunting depending on how well people can make decisions. Interesting little restaurants, coffee house and shops throughout. Nice seating areas inside and outside. You cannot escape the smell of ice cream.

We had fun shopping around and grabbing some lunch. We were finishing up When Howie came with a smile to help throw out our things. Thanks for the warm and welcoming experience Howie!

I was really surprised by all the different food choices there were! It was a rather quiet, Tuesday late morning when I arrived a little pre lunch crowd and just a couple of days post snow and quite cold, so people weren't necessarily going out unless I had to. I was drawn to the new dairy market building because a friend of mine's daughter, Alexis owns bee conscious Bakery and I wanted to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. I was looking for Alexis, having never met and had the pleasure of meeting, Grace, who seems to be clearly a budding protege and baker herself!. I especially enjoyed the oatmeal raisin cookie! the apple tart and the Carmel something banana loaf is on my agenda for our next visit. Soon!

Lot of selection in this place. If you have a large party, seating might be hard to come by but everyone should be able to find something they want to eat. Be aware you will likely have to pay for parking, but it isnt a lot.

This is a great place to go for family or to meet friends. There are several types of restaurants along with a brewery.Today went there with my family so Issac could go from shop to shop collecting Halloween candy.

Fun atmosphere! Variety of food options! Great space to connect with friends, get a drink, grab a snack and just chill! Great vibes!

First time at Dairy Market - I had a sublimely delicious apricot tart from Bee Conscious Baking Co. but it couldn't make up for the worse meal I've had in Charlottesville in the last 15 years. Mashu Festival served an inedible 'Bacon Wrapped Scallop' and a 'Crispy Shrimp and Onion' dish that consisted of a bland thick breading engulfing a pittance of shrimp paste served with onion rings... tasteless, flaccid onion rings. The little bit I ate had me sick all night.

Nice, sparkling new food hall in a great location. I love that Starr Hill has a location here!
