I used to go here when it was dips and sips, and it was amazing! I was a little afraid to try it when it became another name, but I'm glad I did. I love the chai smoothie. I don't live close anymore, but can't wait when I come back to visit to stop here again!
Great local shop. The owners and staff are always super friendly. It’s a regular goto spot my daughter loves to go to. The ice cream and everything else is really good.
10/10 customer service and 10/10 coffee. I'd get a chai latte from here over anywhere else anyday

There was some debate here as to whether to go 5 stars. While the coffee was fantastic (I got the frozen mocha, my friend got the dirty chai) it was just slightly too costly to be able to reflectively give 5 stars. It's a nice place though, and deserves much more business than it gets, decidedly better than other cville staples like Grit, Milli or Mudhouse.
I don't know how long I've been coming here, but it's been a good while, and I have had nothing but perfect experiences every time I've come in. This is the only coffee shop in Charlottesville that I can get random flavors in my coffee and trust that it'll be delicious no matter what! The owners are friendly, helpful, caring, and genuinely engaging. I could go on for a good while about how amazing they are, but it would be best if you went in for yourself to experience the loving environment they provide.
Even though it must have been strange for strangers to enter the store, thanks to the family here who treated us kindly, we able to leave the cafe after a pleasant tour.Of course coffee was good! ^^~
Great local coffee and ice cream shop! Family owned, and the atmosphere is friendly and warm. I love to bring my karate students and their families here after graduations. Great hot chocolate this time of year too!
We love Daily Grind! The staff are always so incredibly friendly and their ice cream and coffee is always delicious! My daughter and I love to visit as often as we can!
A great locally owned coffee & ice cream shop. This is a trillion times better than the competition (starbucks). If you want exceptional coffee with great flavor & aroma look no further, this is the place for you. They can even sell you their beans and they will even grind them up for you. Again, it's way better than the competition. If you aren't going to Daily Grind, you aren't getting truly great coffee.
