The pizza was great but picking up was infuriating. When I called in my order my order I asked if they offered curbside pick up since I would have kids in the car. The lady said sure no problem. I get there to pick it up and an employee Katie answers. When I mentioned that someone had told me they'd bring it out she just says, "yeah, well, we're slammed" and hangs up. I call back and Katie then pretends she can't hear me on the phone and hangs up again. Finally the lady that took my order answered and brought it out. Not sure what Katie's beef is but she certainly shouldn't be interacting with their customers.
Writing this review because I had the best experience from server Lindsey. She took pride in waiting on us and provided some of the best service my husband and I have ever experienced. The food wasn’t bad either.
Pizza is great but went on a Monday @4PM and the establishment was closed with nobody inside (chairs still up, lights off, no one picking up our calls, etc.). The website hours for the Elliewood location indicate that it should have opened at 3pm for Monday's hours, but clearly it did not. There was no sign around to update the change and we waited for ~10 minutes in case someone would open, but there wasn't anyone nearby. We even paid for parking at the nearby lot but obviously could not be refunded. Disappointed because the food is usually great, but the hours as indicated on the website are not consistent, as they opened more than an hour late.
Our garlic knots were cold and seemed a bit old. As if they had been sitting out all day. Decent service but not the best pizza on Cville
Easily some of the worst service I have ever been provided. Ordered focaccia and beer cheese and was brought a cold order that appeared to have been leftover from someone else. We asked if the cheese and bread were supposed to be cold, only be served reheated cheese with the same cold bread when they attempted to fix our order. Not only that, we were never asked our drink orders and instead had to hunt down the waitresses despite sitting at the bar. Do yourself a favor and go to Christian's or Mellow.

Very confused that this place is so highly rated. The pizza was awful. It was so bad that I ate a single slice, then found something else to eat at home. I didn’t bother to save what was left over. I’m new to the area and wanted to try something new but it was one big nope. I ordered a cheese pizza and it was basically the texture and flavor of cardboard with barely any topping on it.
I had the fun guy pizza and it was amazing...
