I ordered a cake online for my boyfriend and had a great experience! The contactless delivery was right on time and I was promptly notified via phone call and text. The writing on the cake was done exactly the way I had requested, and my boyfriend said it was delicious!
I ordered ice cream cupcakes to bring to the office for my husbands birthday- the ordering was customizable, easy, and the lady who helped me on the phone and in person when I picked them up was so patient and friendly. The cupcakes were delicious and a big hit at the office. Thank you Coldstone!
Was in today June 21, 2021 ordered a bondie in waffle bowl gotta have it. The lady whispered to the gentlemen about it and love I said is there a problem? No response so he was putting in bowl and didn't put it all in. Left about 2 tablespoons 1. They could have put it all in and ask if I wanted to pay extra 75 cents but, no she took the scoop and picked the ice cream up and threw it away. I guess that was better and maybe saving money NOT.....

Went in for a treat the ice cream looked like it was already melting. The ice block they mix in the mixing was just barely cold, usually it's frosted. We left the store empty handed. Heading to Kohor's at least I get what I at for!?

It’s pretty cool how they serve their ice cream, but $8 plus tip for a medium (1 scoop) is a little much too me it tasted like any other ice cream you can buy for half the price.
Beyond fantastic customer service. And let's be honest, best ice cream ever. I appreciate there aren't unknown costs when building your ice cream masterpiece. Prices are very straighforward. The owner/manager has been there a while. I can't speak higher of her but am sorry to say I don't know her name. Fyi no tasting during COVID19.
