I've been to this store in person four times and I've gotten online delivery from this store three time. I always get the same thing, it has never ever tasted the same. I get extra steak in a bowl and there is barely any in it. I asked to extra cheese today in person and was told the they couldn't because it was portioned out per order. I ask for extra sour cream and she threw most of it on the counter. And the quality of steak is awful. Most of the time it's burnt and over cooked or its pure fat chunks, it's disgusting. Over all the worst Chipotle I've ever been to.
I usually love eating Chipotle! But I’ve been to this Chipotle a couple of times and they usually don’t have items (chips, guacamole, sour cream, their drinks). I kept coming back but after the service I received this week I won’t be back to this location. I asked the lady for more lettuce and she gave me a pinch of lettuce. I proceeded to ask for a little more and she rolled her eyes at me and grabbed a handful of lettuce and said “is this enough” and open her eyes wide at me. Very unacceptable. Didn’t catch her name but this is not the way customers should be treated.
Are y'all open until 10 or are y'all open until 9? Because you run out of everything around 9. I'm all for not coming in at the last minute, but you're a fast casual restaurant that's open until 10, you should be able to serve at least most of the menu until 945 but that's never the case.Edit: oh we’re just out of everything at 3pm on a Monday now. This part seems like an ordering issue, whereas the 9pm close seems like a staff not caring issue. Either way, disappointing.
On March 29 I went to Chipotle at 7 o'clock and waited half and hour for my order to be taken. They mistakenly put two containers of brown rice in at the front while letting a whole container of white rice sit on the counter behind them, then removed it so as to seem that they had not made this mistake. Also I was pretty annoyed they were out of guacamole for this entire time. I was then overcharged extra steak on my bowl. This location is horrendous, the line workers are completely incompetent. I understand they get lots of customers, but so does Cook Out and they give consistent service. This place sucks.
Can anyone tell me if they will make a full size quesadilla in person? It's a digital option only but I can't order on the app. Doing it as a phone order it's $3 more than the app price. Or, explain to me why something I ordered once a month pre pandemic is such an issue now that it's hardly ever available ?
Did an online order of my food and paid over the phone. Went in to pick up the food and apparently my food was gone. Staff said that someone else must have picked it up. Then they said that the order never went through. After showing them the confirmation that the order did go through and that it was withdrawn from my bank account, they changed the story back to "somebody else picked it up". Finally they remade the food. This is not the 1st time that I've had an issue with an online order, last week I ordered from this place using doordash and ordered the large guacamole and only was given a side of guacamole. If you've ever used doordash before, you know the prices are raised. Paying raised prices for a large guac and only getting a side guac is saddening. 3 stars because if someone else took my food, I can't blame chipotle but the story changing and having to show my account withdrawal was a little ridiculous.
Last night they left out parts of our order. When we went back in the store all they could say was "we are out of that" No greeting as we walked in explaining the situation, no note on the bag, no refund to our order. In previous visits the food has been cold to the point it tasted like it was in the fridge. Additionally it seems taste and quality are both pretty sub par at this location. The other Chipotle in town does a great job and that's where we will be ordering from in the future.
This was my first time ever visiting a Chipotle, and I have to say it was better than expected. The food seemed to be fresh and higher quality than what I anticipated, and everyone seems to love this place.However, that being said, this Chipotle in particular is known for extreme backups in online orders and long wait times even inside the restaurant due to the high student population in the area; a population that frequents Chipotles. Also, I've been told that this Chipotle is "not as good" as others.
So first.. one day I came there for them to randomly have the inside closed and only doing online orders.. they are always out of vinaigrette oh and this is my food today.. 1. The rice is hard so undercooked.. 2. I requested a little more cheese & she told me I’d have to pay more… look at how much cheese is on it. I will not be returning!
They have a sign on the door saying online orders only which is fine if they would enforce it equally to all. They took in person orders from select individuals and we waited for a very long time to pick up the order we placed online. This is genuinely ridiculous. I won’t be coming back.
