The worst chipotle ever. Ordered online and showed up 10 minutes after the pickup time and the food still wasn’t ready. I was watching the girl who was doing the orders eating candy, talking, and playing on her phone. There were about 10 of us waiting inside for past due pickup orders. When we asked to talk to a manager the manager told us they were understaffed but there were around 6-10 people in the back area. I guess businesses will continue to use that excuse until they go out of business. Just save you money and go to Mezah or Cava if you want something fast and delicious.

The manager refused to give me a working number to reach corporate after her behavior. I left with no food and with other customers apologizing for what they had witnessed. Management like that has no place in a service person.
Something inevitably happens that ruins our experience when we order from here every time — no utensils, online ordering options only due to lack of staff, long wait times (30 minutes +), sides low and/or not available, missing ingredients on online orders (ex: meat missing). There seems to be an overall lack of management/general operations at this location.

The skinny girl with brown hair who’s kinda tan who works line is hands down the hardest worker and most polite out of all the staff. She deserves a raise and she hot af too (someone get me her snap)??? ??
Line workers refused to serve me when I walked up, demanded I hang up the phone with my wife before taking my order and yelled at me as I placed my order to accuse me of being a bad person and being rude.I was so distraught after being harassed that I sat down and just couldn't eat anymore, so I took my bowl, unopened and untouched to ask for a refund. The cashier was nice and happily helped me, bit then the 2 line workers started screaming at me about how I was wasting their food, before they shouted at me to tell me i'm never allowed back in their chipotle ever again. I usually am at this location 3/4 times a week and have never had so much as a problem with staff before... and this situation broke me and caused me to break down on the phone to my wife in my car.
Man, even after all the staffing issues and supply issues in this troubled year. These guys are staying positive and handling tension with kind words. Amazing and inspiring. And the food is still great - chefs kiss. Thank you.

I arrived at the location to find out it was mobile orders only. It’s now been an hour and fifteen minutes (and counting), and there are people that have waited longer than me who still haven’t been gotten their food. The app said 20-25 minutes by the way. Taking orders in person would’ve been way faster. The location is clearly understaffed, but the workers who are here have no sense of urgency.If they’re doing mobile orders only, don’t waste your time. You can eat at a sit down restaurant faster.
