Not only is the food at Chimm DELICIOUS, but their customer service is top notch, as well. I placed an order through a delivery/pickup app and accidentally selected the wrong option, unbeknownst to me. Within an hour I received a text message and email from one of the employees alerting me of the mistake and directing me how to correct it. Definitely one of our favorite places!
The service was really good, but the pad tai was terrible and they were out of fish sauce and red chilis. How do you even let that happen if you own Tai restaurant, like close it down and go to the store there is an Asian grocery store right on 29...
If you like spicy Thai food (like me), this is not the restaurant for you. They do not offer spice levels.The panang curry was a bit sweet and not spicy at all. I was really craving spicy Thai food and was disappointed.
Showed up doors locked. A young lady greets me, I ask for a menu. She explains that she can't give me one that I have to go online to view the menu. I find there website and decide on my choice, the whole time I'm standing outside of CHIMM's front door. I knock on the door until the girl appears, I proceed to read off my order... I'm then explained I have to order online. Now I'm getting confused because there were obvious guests seated outside... Did they all order online then come in and sit down... If that is their business practice I hope they fail. The story does have a happy ending I took my money to the Indian restaurant at the end of the strip mall. I was greeted promptly, given a menu, walked through the menu, and order all while inside.....?CHIMM
Always missing something from my order and also they say 30 minutes waiting time but that’s not true The restaurant made me wait more than one hour and a half for just one item.I Personally not recommend this place.
When we first got there, the employee was very patient and understanding with us since we were confused about the set up. The food was excellent and we will definitely try to go back again soon.
I absolutely love chimm! The best beef pho, made just right every time. Yummy brisket! The tricolor fried rice is terrific. The drunken noodles are really nice, full of flavor and not too greasy. Everything I’ve had at chimm is delicious, the servings are ample, the service is also consistent. Try Chimm!
Can’t go wrong here with anything on the menu - boat noodles, pad see ew, papaya salad, and the cured in-house Isan style sour sausages?! Don’t miss those if you see them on special - they’re like nothing you’ve ever tried. Fast and friendly service - our takeout meals have been ready on time or early. I appreciate their commitment to safety for both their staff and customers. Also appreciated is their honest and informative presence on Instagram and Facebook - a refreshing departure from the usual sales pitch.
