Great option if you need a place with vegan or vegetarian meals. The food here is consistent with other Cava locations, however the service at this Charlottesville location was not as great as in other cities. It’s fast casual so I think the food is more important. We always get the bowl with a mix of grains and greens. Favorite dressing is the garlic , favorite spread is the Harissa and the roasted eggplant. Make sure you ask for the pita bread
CAVA is the ONLY restaurant that I will order a salad or power bowl from. The ingredients are fresh and I can tell their base greens are rotated to keep fresh. Going down the line from the lettuce to the dressing you will find numerous tasty additions that will turn your basic salad into a fulfilling meal.Try the crazy feta - you will not be disappointed. Their falafel is made in house as are many of the toppings and you can see many being prepared in the open kitchen.Dine in - take out and the covered patio are options for enjoying your meal.
CAVA is always my favorite place to eat when I'm on the road! The facility is always clean, the ingredients always fresh and delicious and the staff is usually very friendly. Thank you for another amazing experience from this weary traveler.
My husband and I absolutely love Canva and will drive an hour just to get it. We have always had friendly service and amazing fresh ingredients to choose from when building our bowls. Tonight we came to this store a little bit before closing right after they had just gotten hit by a big crowd. There were a couple of items (understandably) out of stock but we were still able to get enough of our favorite items. The general manager Cindy came to our table and brought us some complimentary pita chips and apologized for some of the missing food items. She went absolutely above and beyond to make us feel like special customers and it really stood out to us the way she served us. We love this Cava and are excited that she told us the new Cava will be opening soon in our hometown of Lynchburg!
This is my 3rd time eating at CAVA. This time I brought a friend that has never been. I tried the cilantro lime sauce this time and the jasmine tea mixed with lemonade 10/10. Sidney and Drew were so patient, kind & very helpful. They are the reason I branched out to try other options. Outstanding customer service!!!! Thank you all so much!!!
Honestly, the food was delicious but I feel like I barely got anything for 11 dollars. I ordered no meat and my roasted veggies were literally 4 cauliflower and 8 carrots and maybe 2 or three halved brussel sprouts. I ordered the roasted eggplant dip and they forgot it or didn’t have it and just didn’t notify us.I’m sad because I really thought the food was tasty but if that’s really their portion then I wouldn’t order again.Chopped or Mahana Fresh is a better deal for sure.

This american style Mediterranean restaurant is an example of food done right!!!! It was so fresh and so good! This is an establishment that since everything on the menu is fresh....any combination will satisfy you?
This place is very good. It is easy to get carried away with all of the options but good nonetheless. Also their fountain drink selections is top tier. This has quickly become one of our favorite lunch options.
