New Zealand beef and lamb in burger form and both gives a new meaning to a delicious burger. Located in a contemporary commercial street type mall, well-designed, no-frills atmosphere. Wait staff is well trained but harried when understaffed. Seating is poorly managed and long waits are exasperating when tables are visibly empty nearby but no one there to serve and take orders. Lamb burgers were a hit but "basic burgers" went over well too. Extensive beer list of none traditional brands provides a unique drinking experience. Wait staff will bring samples if requested.
First time dining here, and I have nothing but positive feedback. Fast service, laid back atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable staff. Morgan was super friendly and helpful!!! The food….. Amazingggggg The best burger I have had in many years! Highly recommend.

We were visiting some friends and swung by before leaving town.Their fries and variety of sauces are so unique and delicious! My husband got a burger while I got the BBQ pork nachos as my entree. We both enjoyed our meals very much. I didn’t take an image of the fries, but they were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is my favorite! Portions were also very good sizes.Our server accidentally messed up our orders when we were ready to pay, but she handled the situation very professionally and quickly which was appreciated! Great service overall.
The burger was juicy, but not very hot. The fries were seasoned well, but limp and not crispy. This all might be a problem with it being a to go order. However I did eat it <5 mins from being handed the food. (I was in a rush to hit the road) Service was stellar, the food was acceptable.
This place is delicious! As someone who is not a burger person at all, Burger Bach was amazing! Our server Stella did great and gave us really good recommendations for our first visit! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Charlottesville!

Ordered 2 burgers and fries tonight. One burger was outstanding (ordered well done). Other burger ordered med-rare looked uncooked in the center. Fries were ice cold. Have eaten at the location and will do so again. Won’t be ordering pickup from here again though
Really great burger! Had the bourbon bacon burger. The bourbon bacon jam on that thing was crazy good! Excellent fries and your own personal jug of water.
