I recently dined in at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Charlottesville VA. The service was excellent. The waitress was friendly and attentive.We had the all American burgers and wings. After we ordered it did not take long to get our food. It was hot and delicious.Would I recommend Buffalo Wild Wings for a meal? Yes.I will be heading back there for dinner again soon.
Not the best wings that money can buy but their sauces are absolutely incredible. Amazing atmosphere to have a beer or two, great drinks selection, and service.
The burgers are the best kept secret at this traditionally wing oriented sports bar. The burgers are hot, juicy, and delicious, paired with the crispy hot fries or tots, and a cold draft beer, Buffalo Wild Wings burgers are definitely in my top five all time burgers. The wings, as always were hot and crispy, complimented by the best wing sauces in the industry. The management and employees are professional and very friendly. This Gander Drive location will now be my favorite sports watching hangout.
We love this location! The service and food quality around C-ville has been declining rapidly since cvd hit and no one seems to be immune- however- we have consistently been able to come here and get yummy food with friendly service! I am so glad we have a place where all our (picky eaters) kids have something on the menu they love and we all leave with full bellies and happy smiles! Oh- and they actually know how to make sweet tea correctly! (Yes, this is a really big deal for me!) Keep up the great work!
Had to wait 2 hrs for a table . Also, what is going on with the wings, are they getting smaller?? Have to say it was a disappointing visit.
The service was very slow considering the place was almost empty. Very few customers. Took about 25 minutes to get the food and the Appetizers came out with the meal. However slow service aside the food was very good. Waitress was very nice but only came back 1 time to see if we needed anything.
Never again. First the boneless wings are dry as hell. I hope we don’t get sick with this stuff but only ate one each and threw out. One of the bone ins has FEATHERS still on it. Really? The celery is not fresh you could have at least cut off the dirty old ends and the carrots are bagged baby carrots that I never buy because they are usually smelling like mildew. I expected cut up big carrots. I can make better hands down. Way over priced too. Just junk. Yes I have a picture of the feathers and your box. Won’t let me add it here.
Ordered 30 wings for wife and I through GrubHub. Wife wanted 10 in one sauce, I wanted 20 split in the other sauces. GrubHub had no way to add a special instruction to the item when we ordered (probably not the restaurant's fault, but then again every other restaurant on GrubHub has this feature enabled so maybe it is their fault).I called immediately after we place the order to ask them if they could divide the wings that way (10+5+5+5+5 instead of 6 each), which we've done before (they used to have that special instructions feature). The girl told us they could only split the wings 10+10+10, which is ridiculous since they've done it before but also since they let you pick up to six sauces for an order of 30 wings. Girl said she'd go get her coworker to resolve this.I waited for 11 minutes on hold to get this coworker, who asked to put me on hold to go get another coworker, which I refused since by the time she'd do that they'd end up just passing me around and the food would get made split up the other way. So, she said she'd run talk to the kitchen. The other girl didn't think to tell the kitchen to hold off on the order, apparently, because after 14 minutes of being on the phone with them, I was told that the order was already made contrary to the way I wanted it ordered.This will likely be the last time we order from this particular store, certainly for a while.
Here for lunch and then poor bartender is useless as you know what on a bull. He's nice as how but only has 2 speeds... Slow and Slower. Oh and white I'm writing this, a semi correct order showed up. C'mon man, get your act together!!! And I hope.mgmt can get him to step it up. This is NOT Jerk and medium with blazing side!
If you want to have a fun time watching the game don't sit at the tables, sit at the bar and you might get better service.. table service is worse every single time we come here. 20-30 min to get drinks & checks (and the checks were wrong the first time they brought them so we had to wait even longer). They won't tell you when they don't have what you ordered so you are left waiting & wondering where your food is. Also they add gratuity to your check even though you had to flag down the waiter to get an order taken and then you have to flag them down again to get the things you originally ordered since they will only bring half of it.
