Ordered food from this location today. Everything was cooked well and tasted great! The employee taking the order had excellent customer service skills. The employee that gave me the food at the drive-thru window had excellent customer service skills, as well. Both employees we're diligent and making sure the order was correct. I really appreciated that.I felt a very warm welcome at this restaurant today and it was very apparent, that they were doing a great job here.
I hate doing this because I've generally had good experiences at this location. The chicken was good. But a couple weeks ago I ordered from grubhub and my biscuits were raw dough in the middle. I wanted to try again hoping it was a fluke, and it happened a second time. I called to let them know. Today, husband got some from the drive through and realized his biscuit was raw. I don't know if there's a broken oven or something since it seems to be happening to others but please fix this!!!
Several attempts to enter dining area, for take out. Doors locked, employees inside give you that deer in the headlights look, if you try to get their attention.Just another place that doesn't want your business, if you're in a tractor trailer.
Went there this morning for a boberry biscuit. Once I paid for it, they told me I needed to pull forward and wait for it. Wish I would have known before I paid bc I was headed to work and didn't want to be late. Went to go eat the biscuit and it wasn't even cooked all the way. Been sick to my stomach since! The center was all dough that wasnt cooked.
This post was almost going to be a bad post. But, thanks to Richard he changed my mind. Yesterday 2/2/22 was my parents 70th wedding anniversary. They wanted Bojangles chicken. So I went there and ordered. Almost $70. Worth of food. Asked for plates forks and napkins also. I got to the window to pay the girl at the window was not very nice. Like she couldn't wait for me to leave. I tried to ask was everything I ordered in the box. But she had closed the window and I couldn't ask. So this man standing back helping out seen me trying to get information he rushed to the window and asked if He could help me. I asked him if everything was in the box. He then asked his employees who just packed the box they said yes everything is there. So i left. When I got to my parents home and looked inside going through things I realized they didn't give me everything. They didn't put in all the sides I had asked for not did they put in the plates napkins and forks. I called the location and talked to a younger male. He did nothing but make things worse. He said to stop by and get them next time I am out . Then he rudely hung up. i tried to call back 3 times no answer. Then a call came to me from the same number. I spoke to Richard. Told him everything and he took it upon himself to fix the matter. He actually brought the the items that was missing to me and made mom and dads anniversary dinner a success. So I give them 5 stars only for Richard's kindness and compassion for going above and beyond to fix this issue. Oh and yes the food was delicious also.Thank you Richard!
It's Bojangles. It is the good food you expect. The service was also polite and quick in the drive thru.
unlock the doors. at 830 pm I should be able to walk in and order food. so ridiculous
Little pricy for fast food. BBQ sandwich tasted good. Just not worth $4.37. It was smaller than a hamburger at McDonald's. I got 2 bbq and mac and cheese with a sweet t for 15 and change. I'm not Joe Biden so why are you slipping it to me?
Bojangles food was delicious and it was hot after went through the drive throw tonight after I got off work.
Stopped to get food in an ambulance. Can’t get through the drive-through window with the truck, and no staff will even come to the door when you knock even though they see you standing there to try to get you food. I guess first responders aren’t welcome there.
