We were on our way back from Charlottesville and wanted one of Bojangles chicken fillet biscuits. They are so good. We also love there sweet potato pies but they weren't on the menu. Hope they haven't decided not to serve them anymore.
They finally changed the lettuce to spinach and purple leaf in the grilled chicken salad. Much healthier. Yeah!
After eating what bojangles should taste like at another location it compelled me to leave a review a month later after trying this location. On my travels from the south up north I stopped in North Carolina and had to try Bojangles and I was told I was in for a treat and I was not disappointed. I was in Charlottesville for a few days and it was just bad. Food was dry and old. Fries had no seasoning and was really disappointed. Especially after long wait in drive thru. Was like eating leftovers that had been sitting on the counter for hours. There was a storm that week but my food was not freshly cooked and not good. So the only reason I leave this review is if your first experience of bojangles is this location please don’t think that’s how it is because I just drove an hour to a location in PA and it was crispy tender heaven.
They are always so nice and they have the best biscuits in town, at least in fast food. I know they are short staffed and stressed, yet you would never know. I hope everyone takes a moment to consider this before acting like a Karen or Ken to anyone working a customer facing job. Take time to genuinely thank them.
Don't eat much fast food, but traveling on interstate, this is a good option. I had #10 Combo. The sandwich was spicy and the fries were especially good for fast food. Others in cat got meals and said they weren't as spicy.
Hours on the drive-thru window show 10pm, but at 8:09pm they served two of three cars at the window and then announced they were closed. Consistently slow. Dining room seems to never be open. I hope they sort out their problems, the food is generally good and inexpensive.
Where else do you get sausage gravy with your mashed potatoes? The chicken strips are of good size compared to their competitors. At this location, the atmosphere was relaxing and the gal I ordered from was friendly and productive.
Drive thru is very fast. The staff is very friendly. And the food always tastes great. I also like it for the all day breakfast menu.However, if you aren't getting a family box, I would recommend checking your order before you leave the parking lot. More than once over several weeks I've discovered missing items to my small orders. They've always made it right though.
You can get a breakfast biscuit anytime you want. Seeing as breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, I like coming here.
They were very busy. However, the Cajun chicken biscuit was over cooked. The chili was very dry. Generally the Cajun chicken biscuit is delicious. This time they missed it by far.
