Really good ice cream tho i thought the price for a small cup was pretty steep - almost same price as a point of their ice cream. Server was friendly and service was great.

The team member who served us was very friendly and patient with us while we decided! The store is very clean and they were fully stocked! I should've taken pictures before we started eating but it's so good!!

The place was dirty and cluttered. Also, you can't sit anywhere or use the bathroom. For the high price of their ice cream, they need to get their place back in order. Stop milking the COVID train as an excuse for poor customer service. The coffee shops and restaurants near them all have seating and the bathrooms are open.
Still need to wear masks which is okay and no sitting inside but come on it’s Ben and Jerry’s. It’s always wonderful. Delicious

I was just visiting the area for a college tour, and decided to stop and get ice cream. I went in and the store looked kind of empty because they took away the seating for COVID, but I think there was somewhere to sit outside. The guy behind the counter was very friendly, and explained when I asked what the flavor chocolate therapy was. I decided to try it and it was heaven! I wish I lived closer to a Ben and Jerry's but maybe it's for the best that I don't. I would definitely recommend this as a place to get ice cream. To rank it along other chains, I would say it is above Baskin Robbins to me, and I don't really think it is below anything besides ice cream places that I don't think are chains. It's really good!
