They were very rude because they did not understand my order. Then got mad started yelling then hung up on me. One tall guy with brown hair stepped up like he was robo cop and stated he was defending his boss. His boss was being rude first off I held my composure & said nothing. The young girl from the beginning could not get my order right after I said order 1 order 2 order 3 etc just because the orders were similar they got confused for example a shrimp lo mein and a shrimp fried rice are two different meals Very unprofessional establishment I wouldn't recommend.
This is the worst establishment I ever been in due to the lack of respect from the employees and also the manager!. After trying to make my order over the phone ( that was ended due to the manager hanging up in my face. ) I went in to try again to place my order, then again I was met with more disrespect and threats to get out. I just wanted something to eat smh. I surely won't be going back to this place!
Asian Express has always been fantastic about speedy order preparation and delivering the correct order. The food is also quite delicious! Really hits the spot! Thank you!!
the lady on the phone was very rude! they never delivered my order, which was 100 dollars, mind you. when i called back she hung up on me. i called back later, and asked if there was anything that could be done, but she told me i was making excuses and hung up again
Can't speak for the other reviews, but I order here every once a month or so and have only had positive experiences. The lady at the counter is friendly and the food is great. There's a lot of inexpensive Chinese take out joints in Charlottesville, and Asian Express is far and away the best one.
Was extremely rude on the phone asked if they had chicken tenders was told yes but they do not make them from scratch I ordered chicken tenders and two fries and general tso's and a order of fried rice I got a tiny side container of chicken that wasn't general tso's they sent me Chinese donuts instead of chicken nuggets I will never come here ever again woman on the phone was extremely rude was screaming at me and my husband and put me on hold four separate occasions
I ordered the cashew chicken, the chicken was very fatty and had that leftover chicken taste. I couldn’t eat it. I basically wasted $20. This “Chinese” food was horrible.
We spent 65 buck and kids could only eat the sushi (2rolls) only. My husband and I went to bed hungry. CRISPY BEEF was Soggy. SZECHUAN CHICKEN had no Szechuan. NO.....the fried rice was chopped and mushy. Sesame Chicken was sooooo dry the piece of brocolli was dry at bottom of box. The food was just disgusting and disappointing especially mad because the kids were excited. They weren't able to even want- to eat it. They made themselves eat it. So all in all the restaurant got our 65 bucks and we got leftovers from the day before is what it tasted like. NEVER AGAIN
Worst service ever. Lady was absolutely rude. Website is a joke. avoid this place. Placed order on website FOOD.OI order apparently didn't go through called to confirm order girl said it was in, called back an hour and a half later and they had no order. then it was gonna take over an hour to get the order.
When I called to adjust my order whoever answered the phone literally called me an idiot and hung up.
