Food was delicious and service was wonderful.
Everything was great except I ordered my steak medium and it came well done and was not very moist. The flavor was good, just cooked too long. My wife ordered her steak medium well and it came pretty much well done and looked similar to mine in the middle. Our sever was excellent. Service was excellent. Side dishes were the bomb and the bread and butter really hit the spot. When we ran out of bread, our server brought out more that was piping hot and awesome. We will be back.
It was a great experience for my daughters first time to AB for her birthday and she really enjoyed it
A little pricey, and from the 1950's, fantastic food
Fatherâs Day celebration dinner. The waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable of all the items on the menu. I ordered French fried shrimp. It literally was cocktail shrimp that was deep fried. It wasnât very good. My husband had the prime rib su jus. It was decent but lacked sufficient seasoning. Since acquired by new ownership I must say the food quality has suffered.
I have heard about this place for many years and decided to try it. Disappointing. I can say the bread was good, and my scallops were great. My mom liked her prime rib. My husbands steak was tough, not very flavorful. When my husband doesn't finish his steak, something is wrong. The waiter was great so I won't fault him (much) for forgetting our appetizer but he did make it up to us by comping a drink. The creme Brule wasn't chilled enough and tasted of burnt sugar at some areas. I ordered broccoli and it looked like a massive tree--very difficult to cut up in the small serving dish. And we were all very disappointed in the Caesar salad! I, am not sure there was dressing, only lots of parmesan cheese on it. I think in its heyday years ago, it was the best steakhouse in town. Unfortunately, it was not nearly close to the best steakhouse I've ever eaten. Especially, for the price.
Great experience. Celebrated or 49th wedding anniversary. Love Aberdeen Barn.
Meal was execellant. We had prime rib, the best we have had in a long time, and crouper. Service was also execellant. Little dark, but our eyes adjusted.
We have always enjoyed Aberdeen barn. We have dined there at least 6 or 7 times. It is expensive but we felt that the food quality was worth the price. However, this time, the beef wasn't nearly as tasty as I remembered. I don't feel like it was worth the price.
The food was excellent. Prime Rib amazing. Our server Mark was very attentive and gave great recommendations.
