I love Zaxby's and occasionally drive the 20-25 minutes to go to one of the few in Virginia. It was irritating today as I did the mobile order only to be told I had to go inside without the drive thru. No problem, just pick up the order off the huge rack that is clearly identified. And they are right. Very easy to find. Got there early and stood there for 15 minutes. Barely any customers. Finally went to the counter and was given the food stone cold. Apparently it had been hidden from view basically, the whole time on the side. Absolutely ridiculous. I followed all their rules did everything asked of me and I get cold food because nobody could be bothered to just put it on this rack? I was just following what they have on the website. They could have at least asked me. I was just trying to be polite and not rush them. Just tell us what you want us to do and we'll do it. I'm very flexible!
By far the worst fast food service ever! First of all u can’t make two separate orders through the drive-through. They make you pay for one pick up your food and go back around again for the second order! Then they did not give sauce for the first order but then charge the sauce on the second order with my card! Then we had to wait 15 minutes for the second order. People where very rude with attitudes! Never coming back here again!
Always love Zaxbys! There's none near me but I am happy to drive the hour to get their food.
My friend is from the South and did a U turn when we happened to see this Zaxbys. It was my first time and I got a chicken sandwich which was delicious. Only wish they had the milkshakes that she raved about...very nice service and clean interior.

1st time at Zaxby's and the Fingers and Fries are so amazing. The young women at the drive thru window was rude, inpatient and had a bad attitude! The young women inside and running food to cars was amazing!!! She needs a raise and a promotion! She knew I needed help without having to ask, she was kind, and wanted to make her customers happy!
If you like chicken sandwiches and salad this is a good place. French fries were good!!
On an average of every 2 months, I travel 30 miles to this Zaxby's since there's not one close to Springfield, VA and I have always been satisfied with the Wings n Things...a testament to the consistency of fresh, hot prepared food every time!
Today was my first time trying Zaxby's. It was very delicious, all of the food was hot and fresh. In the midst of what has become commonality in the fast food service community, especially in the Northern Virginia area, I absolutely enjoyed my first experience with this restaurant. Our order was accurate, service was fast, and the employees were courteous. We weren't rushed and they kindly answered our questions. It was such a relief to eat fast food and be treated with kindness. Something that has definitely lacked in current interactions.Kudos to Zaxby's for maintaining a standard in your restaurant.
I've only ever been here around lunch time with my brother as it's his favorite place. The food is always great and usually the service until my last visit a few weeks ago.We had a large group order and there was a mistake. Politely approached the counter and informed them that maybe there was a miscommunication. They called a manager and debated out of earshot, then the manager returned and appeared annoyed that I was still there.He then stated he could fix the order, but only if I was going to pay for the new item. I offered to pay which then seemed to agitate him more as he seemed to think I'd back down from wanting what I originally ordered in the first place.It's not that mistakes don't occur, it's the way that was handled. It only takes one poor experience like that to really ruin your vibe/image of a place and I can't say that I'm excited to return.5 stars on food, 3 stars for poor service last visit (5 stars first few visits vs. the last 1 star experience).
