My only complaint is advertising. I knew nothing about this place and found it because my daughter wanted sushi. Everything we ate was delicious. I had hibachi salmon and the salmon avacado roll. My mom had hibachi shrimp. My daughter had unagi. The salads were very fresh. The soup was delicious. Service was superb. Plenty of leftovers. Clean. Presentation. I hope this is the standard. I'll be back.
Wonderful little restaurant. Very mom and pop feel to it. From the freshest sushi to the most indulgent hibachi Yaki Sushi will serve you well!Although the prices are average the quality is high and the chef greets and thanks everyone earnestly. After our meal, I said the food was excellent to the chef behind the counter on the way out and I could tell he was very happy to hear it. His smile was ear to ear! Although it might be tiring for some to greet and give customers a warm welcome all day, I felt like this man could probably smile through a rainstorm and be just as inviting.If you order drinks expect a can of soda and a cup of ice, or a nice hot cup of tea. The staff is very attentive and polite and since it’s a small place you won’t be forgotten.The miso soup is rich, and the salads are exactly what you’d expect. Though it’s the most generic sushi they have some of the best California rolls on the area! I could eat 1,000 of them.The hibachi was plentiful as well. Seeing as we struck out with the last sushi restaurant we went to, Yaki was a breath of fresh air.Truly a great experienceWe will be back soon!
Absolutely delicious! Sushi was fresh, spicy mayo wasn’t boring, hibachi chicken and filet was soft and tasty.
Popped in for some sushi since I was in the area. Amazing quality of sushi and great service. Will definitely be back when I'm back in the area.
Im so glad I found this place! It’s not too far from my house, the service is good and the sushi is even better! So fresh and delicious. I crave this place at least once a week.
Love this place! The owners are wonderful people and they know what they’re doing. The sushi is amazing and very fresh. We always try sushi wherever we travel and this restaurant is at the very top of our list.Try the Lasagna roll, made with their special sauce on top, so good.
Saw this place had good reviews so I figured I would give it a go. Everything was really good. Well try again, hopefully quality continues.
Visited here 3 times so far. Fresh food and service is great. Price is reasonable too. I’m glad this restaurant is close to my house.
If this is the quality, then I will be returning SO very often! Sushi tasted extremely fresh and the quantity was excellent. Fingers crossed they keep this quality for the long haul!!
Sushi and Hibachi overall quality is really good.. you can choose hibachi side sauce, we had spicy sauce and yam yam sauce which go with the hibachi perfectly.. Sushi fish quality is outstanding especially the salmon, very thick and fresh. I have tried many sushi & hibachi places, but Yaki Sushi is definitely my top pick.
