Always an excellent place for a meal. Nice staff and the owner is an exceptional host! The Korean dining experience is always perfect and we look forward to each visit there! I recommend 100%!
It was my favorite authentic korean restaurant in the whole area, Chantilly, Ashburn, Leesburg, and so on. After about 6 months, we went in today. And we found out the same as other recent comments, but the new waiter told us they didn't change owner or chef. I want to post this as feedback, hopefully to rescue this once great restaurant.Hey, owner, if you are still you, and you just tried to "modernize" your place. You and your team probably made the wrong decisions for your business. You just threw away your best assets that others didn't have.1. The authentic main courses flavor and the side dishes were the great taste of homemade by Korean moms flavor, not the commercial unhealthy flavor. And the kinds of side dishes were tasty too, fish tofu, lettuce salad, sliced daikon, potato salad. Don't serve those American pickles!2. You can raise your prices. We all understand. But don't in the meantime, lower the quality of food and largely reduce the amount.3. Another strength before was your waitresses: 3 ordinary mom and grandma's age ladies who would always cater us like family, naturally serve people mixing with English and Korean. Rest behind the counter when nobody needed anything. It was a family restaurant scene.
We could taste umami in every side dish, and the main dish, in our case, codfish stew and dumplings in beef broths. A rare tasty experience among many traditional Korean restaurants we've been to. The music they were playing was a bit too loud.
Great customer service.Delicious food.Ordered 3 types of meat and sides were plentiful. Side salad was delicious.Steamed eggs could have used more chicken broth or salt, but that is the only con.Great place to enjoy dinner.
I love this food!! I always come back to enjoy the the food and service….. Excelente servicio y riquísima comida!! Siempre Regresaré me encanta su comida y servicio!!!
We ordered three dishes, most had no flavor and the banchan were subpar. All 3 kimchi dishes were over ripe. Service was good and no complaints with the staff itself.
The other reviews seem accurate. Since the ownership changed, the quality and pricing became ridiculous. Side dishes were very poor for typical/traditional korean bbq. Also the menu says the steamed egg comes with the bbq for 3 meat orders or more: it is inaccurate. You can only choose soybean soup OR egg. They should fix the menu description instead of misleading customers. AVOID AT ALL COST! Never will visit again. No free refills for lettuce or lettuce salad. Rice is not included in the pricing for the weekend: again, the menu or server did not specify that. Meat (pork) quality: seasoning was bland and had bad odor on certain parts.
No AYCE option but quality of the meat is much better rhan any of the other major chains in the area. Excellent service, as my waitress was very kind and knowledgeable. Thet make their sude dishes themselves. Delicious! I'll definitely be back. Ask for their extra sour kimchi!
We absolutely loved this place. Stopped by on a whim after our visit to the air and space museum and had the best time. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is outstanding!
The place was good before I think the owner got changedever since the change the owner foods are poor quality and too expensive. and the music is so loud I could not even talk with my friends while we eating.
