Plenty of parking even though it shares with multiple tenants.Frumpy cashier or Personnel, no personality "I don't care about being here".It throws you off when you walk in because you're wondering where are the interior pictures that everyone is taking, It can fool you. A little hallway on the left hand side and boom you are in an open room. Pretty nicely decorated comfortable to sit in with your friends.Nice color and flavourful selection of desserts, does not disappoint.
I was there to meet the friend who delivered her first son. I carried the fruit basket made for her. The person works there asked me if I am going to eat it in their place when I was going in. Rather saying hi. He successfully made feel so unwelcome and I kind of figured out how this business run with poor customer service. Coffee was not great either.
This place was amazing!!! These desserts are so delicious and something I've never had before. Would definitely recommend this place!
Awful Customer Service and Awful "Desserts"So we chose this place after seeing all the reviews online and wanting to try some place new. Not sure if all these reviews were written by family members or friends of the business, but this place was terrible. First of all we tried to order one of the dishes and replace the chocolate ice cream with vanilla ice cream and add some rainbow sprinkles, hot fudge and some whip cream. This request seemed to confuse the employee beyond belief, it took him forever to do it and then proceeded to tell us that if it was not for him being there, we would not be getting our "complicated" request. We asked if he could just charge is more if it was such a hassle, and he told us he already did charge us more, but that still the request would not be honored by anyone else working there, but he would do it because he is SUPER employee. Seriously, this guy charged us $2 extra for 4 sprinkles, switching the flavor of ice cream, and a shot of whip cream, which they forgot and we had to go back and ask for.Then the actual desserts, the pictures online look great. But we ordered their most popular dish, some chocolate chip cookie dish with ice cream on top and mixed with cereal and another dish of their waffle with the impossible topping I mentioned earlier. The cookie dish was the worst chocolate chip cookie I've had, all cut into pieces on top of a bunch of shaved ice with cocoa pebbles buried underneath. The cocoa pebbles were the only enjoyable part of the whole bowl.Needless to say, we will not be coming back here again. Customer service was awful, don't act like you are doing a favor for the customer by adding toppings you already have and then charging extra with out even informing the customer. And if your product is as bad as it was, your customer service should be above and beyond to make up for the bad product. Avoid this place, might look cool and trendy, but it's a joke.I would've posted a picture of our half eaten desserts before we threw them away, but I forgot to take them. If you ever crave cocoa pebbles, just get them from the grocery store instead of paying $13 for them at this place.
Among the best desserts we have had at any restaurant, Cafe, etc. Huge portions. Best to share. Waffle is enough for one person. Cozy atmosphere.
Another worthy destination on my trip to Washington DC. It is surprising to see how pretty and chilling this place can be. The desert in the picture is Mango cheesecakes bingsu. I personally enjoy mango and this place did not disappoint. With generous amount of toping and friendly staffs you can surely not regret giving this place a try.
A mix of aesthetic cafe vibes and delicious gigantic desserts! Haven't been here since their first few years of opening, so it was great seeing an expanded menu and new decor. If you're a first-timer, definitely recommend trying their snowflake, cubed toast, or croffle desserts, and be prepared to have your camera ready because they'll look amazingggg!
had the red bean matcha bingsoo. it was good, but could have used more condensed milk or something.. too much shaved ice for me
First time experience....Awful customer service. When I asked to change out the ice cream flavor I was told they don't offer the option. Then I asked could I speak with the lady who initially took my order, the RUDE MALE behind the counter playing on his cellphone said "For What? I'm the manager and we don't sell ice cream separately ". Frustrated I gave up and asked for silverware he goes to the back and hands the forks to me with bare hands!!! He didn't even Wash or Sanitize!! We are in 2021 and COVID is real.Never Again.
Absolutely deflectable desserts. Even though it’s Asian run they reminded me of desserts I had in Germany. A wonderful variety for all. Portions are huge I suggest sharing. Racist after that ice cream
