4/30/[email protected]:40 EST Drive ThroughIt was not busy, yet the service was super slow. I was asked to wait and patiently waited a good 5 minutes at the ordering system before someone came back to take my order. 4 biggie bags all exactly the same for simplicity and an order of baconator fries.When I received the food, I asked if it was all there and was told yes. But no, they left out the baconator fries!!! The 4 biggie fries I did get were cold and stale.I called the number posted online and after numerous rings I get "The Verizon wireless caller you are trying to reach is not available" message. HereI am shorted 5 bucks because of no baconator fries, have a hungry person at home and nobody answering my calls. I've received bad service here before, but I always give second chances and this place was convenient to me when I go a certain route. Not this Wendy's anymore.Cons: slow service, poor communication with customers on site, no communication with customers off site, bad food quality (stale fries), and incapable of delivering orders properly

Usual for a Wendy's. Food was hot drink was cold. Place was clean. Fast service.

The southwest salad taste good with avocado. I love the chili sauce on my taco salad. Triple Dave’s are awesome. The store is clean.

Chantilly location:Ordered the sausage egg cheese biscuit croissant. Came out in a square.. not the usual croissant ..is this new? Also got potato wedges, instead of home frie dots.

Really, really, really poor. Could make the team understand my order so walked out. The owner needs to sort things out this is not doing the wider brand image any good at all.

I stop for food at this Wendy’s. I was extremely disappointed the person that was helping me at the window had a rash around her mouth. Management how could you allow someone to even work in a restaurant with a rash around her mouth. I threw my food away and will not visit this Wendy’s again. I hope the manager leaves a response. I hope corporate sees this.plus no gloves.

Worst branch to get food! Manager doesn't follow what is on the coupon I used, even if the coupon clearly states what size you should get. I may be using a coupon but my purchase was almost $30.00.

Every visit so far has been wonderful. They ask and double check with me to make sure my order is correct. The staff is quick, efficient, and polite.2/18/22 edited 1 star... Sad...Order a burger without mayo, it's cold and still covered in mayo, allergies are real, and now I have no lunch and lost my lunch money... My dr.pepper taste like chemicals and sprite, so the machine used to make drinks is out of syrup... At least my fries are warm, not hot, warm... For an $11 meal, I got warm fries, a poisoned burger (yes my food allergies will hospitalize me), and bad soda water... I thought y'all were better than this, now you're on my avoidance list...

This visit wasn't impressive. The burger and fries weren't hot and they forgot to put napkins in the bag. Granted, it seems a lot of drive-thru places forget napkins these days.

It did take us awhile to get our food, but I'm sure they are short staffed like everywhere else. I was glad to be able to get a salad and it was great.
