Love this place
The food is fresh and tasty, the service is friendly and the prices are fair. I've been a few times and will be making it's a habit!
Great spot!!! We had reservations at Lazy dog and even with reservations it was a 40 min wait. We were hungry and wanted a burger so we grabbed soem really good ones here!!!! great place
Best burger quality and bread in the US can not compete
The last three times we've ordered for carryout they have gotten our meal wrong. This time (today) they gave me a charburger in a bun when I ordered a lettuce wrap. When we went back, they got it wrong again, putting cheese on when the order had none and not putting on avocado. Lettuce wraps are frequently messed up. There was at least one other person who came to the counter with the same problem - bun instead of lettuce wrap. We're going back to Give Guys next time.
Burgers and fries are phenomenal and service is exceptional. Not sure if it's really owner or the manager but the guy handing out pick up orders during the week is super friendly and helpful.
SO GOOD. Tired the impossible burger and I'm hooked. Great burger great quality. Didn't get 5 starts because the fries aren't as good as the burger quality, idk might have been a bad batch for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, OUTPERFOMS A LOT OF BURGER PLACES
I really want to like this chain. Brightly lit environment, great music playing in the background, wonderful customer service, and great tasting drinks. But the main reason to come here would be for the burger. However, it looks the part, but does not taste the part. I make it a habit to try a place multiple times in case I happen to be there on an off day, but after trying several times at this location as well as the Ashburn location, the flavor is just not there in the burgers. Almost tasteless in that I can taste what is on the burger and not the burger itself. To reiterate, great shakes, great flavors of limeades, great customer service, but the burgers are not at that level.
Oh man the Habit. I had a car appt at the dealer to fix some cruise control lights. I was there for a while, at one point I thought my car was ready, as I could see it ready from the waiting room. Excitedly as someone who hadn't eaten for 10+ hours due to work and other business, I ordered food from Chantilly Habit. Soon after ordering I realized that the car I saw was not mine. Discouraged, I asked my sister to go pick up my burger from Habit. She goes to Ashburn. She presses the "curbside I'm here" button and 15 minutes later Chantilly calls me because I was not in fact there. She calls me confused. Ashburn habit makes a compensatory meal. I tell my sister that the right one is at Chantilly. She gives up and I let her keep the Ashburn food for trying. 1.5 hours later I have my car back and I pull up to Chantilly to get the right food and these people are God's gift to humanity. At this point it had been nearly 12 hours since I had eaten breakfast and I was beyond hunger. There was no lingering stomach pain. They knew that none of this was their fault and that it was on the latter part of the shift and that they would get virtually no recognition for this, but they offered -OFFERED, I did not even ask- to make me another fresh meal because the original had been sitting for a while. God bless Chantilly Habit. They made a long day into a delicious dinner with a good story. Shoutout to the manager tonight too, he was amazing. Excellent customer service. I like this place as much as 5 guys now which is saying a LOT
Supposedly great burger. I rate it mid le of the pack. Order takers were good and pleasant. Place was clean.
