I ordered two crunchy taco supremes. The taco shells were soaking wet on the bottom and the meat was ice cold. This tells me they are not bothering to check the temperature of the food before serving to customers.This place needs a visit from the Health Department. Maybe then they will get it together.
Fast service for drive thru. Burritos and Tacos are always good for snacking. Nachos were all eaten up while in the car. Everything taste good.
I visited this place 3 times now all drive thru.Pros:1. Food quality and taste is good all 3 times.2. Service is professional.3. Drive thru queue moved fine.4. I see other reviews, i always checked my order. I am really glad there is no meat found in order ( veggie ) or order mispaced.Cons:1. Quantity - one time on a chalupa it is was half filled.2. Very little space for drive thru turn, which makes you wait till an 2 orders are delivered to get to the ordering machine. I mean one person orders, he moves forward but still blocks the ordering machine..wish they maintain good quality and succeed.
Just got home and find out they gave me 3 Crunchy Tacos Combo instead of 3 Crunchy Tacos Supreme® Combo. Well, i would not complain how long I waited there to get my order since there are many people in front of me not to mention drive through. But i'm very disappointed they get my order wrong.
I was nervous due to the bad reviews, but it is better Taco Bell I’ve gone to in the area. The food was good and my order was correct. The lady at the drive thru was very nice. There was a bit of a line however I didn’t wait very long for my food. The one near my house has like 2 cars in the line and takes a minimum of 30 minutes each time I go so the lack of wait time at this location was appreciated.
Me and my friend were Doordashing on 1-8-2022 at 10:20pm. My friend went to go inside (like the instructions say to do on the Doordash app) and the door was locked. the high school boy looked at her and finger motioned to go through the drive through. So i walked up to the door and asked him to unlock it and hand me the order on the counter. he was VERY rude and disrespectful. he just kept telling me to go through the drive through, but the line was out to the main road. I was just asking for the Doordash order since we have to complete it in a certain time, and he told me the store was close. THEY ARENT CLOSED THEY CLOSE AT 2 IN THE MORNING. ITS 10:30pm. They are by law to keep the doors unlocked during business hours LIKE IT SAYS ON THE DOOR. he was VERY rude. Had to cancel the order, waste our time and money because he was too lazy to hand me the food sitting on the counter. these bitter high school kids need a reality check. someone needs to teach them to be respectful and learn that BY LAW DOORS MUST REMAIN OPEN DURING BUSINESS HOURS.this isn't the first time i've been to this taco bell, they are always so slow and disrespectful. i've always had to wait over half an hour for food. fast food? no slow rude food.
I went yesterday 11.11.21 as my son insisted to try break fast at Taco Bell and wanted to give it a try.. we specifically requested for chicken instead of bacon or steak as we don't eat them. The drive thru order took more than 7 minutes even though there was only one customer and finally they gave some one else's order...we ended up throwing it. I went the next day specifically to get a replacement and I was ordering other breakfast as well .I explained him the issue and he was very blunt and tells me that I need to talk to yesterdays manager and that too yesterday itslef.I was taken aback..absolutely no courtesy..I ended up canceling the new order I was placing.This is for management. Already Tacobell at this location doesn't run well due to chick fil a. The staff shud make an effort to retain customers. I am never going back.. this happened on Dec 12 21.
Ordered for pickup the grilled cheese burrito had no cheese and I added sauce packets to my order and there wasn’t a single one in my bag why would you guys not toss in a few mild sauces even if someone doesn’t ask just in case I would’ve been fine even having 2 packets versus none in my pickup order. Definitely agree with the comment that said to check your order before you leave this is my second order no sauce packets came in that one either but being the second time it’s irksome.
I’m currently dining here, the food is good, everything is clean, and the team is fast even with a late night rush! Also, the person I assume is the manager is doing a great job of dealing very professionally with a customer who is choosing to act immature and rude. Overall very impressed! Love the electronic ordering terminals inside too. We specified a few substitutions and add ons, all of which were done perfectly. Will be back!
Would give zero stars. Found a piece of metal in my taco. No idea what this is. Threw everything away. Disgusting and dangerous.
