The few times I have been to this Starbucks, my order has always been incorrect, received attitudes, and or arrived to the doors locked before closing (even though online it says it closes at 8:30pm but the door says 9pm). Most recently I ordered a drink, and asked for no lemonade and only water in it. When I saw that it was marked as no water after receiving, I brought it up, where they didn't even apologize, it was just an attitude. While watching them make the second one, he just pored the premade drink in another cup and was going to proceed to add water, until he saw me watching. Then proceeded to make a new drink. I just want what I ordered :(.
I want to write about my great experience at this Starbucks as I went with my daughter to study for her test and accidentally dropped my coffee and it was everywhere on the table and under the table but Angelina was happily coming and cleaned everywhere and she went above and beyond and got me new coffee she was very friendly and happy we really appreciate her so so much. I will be coming here all the time from now on.
These guys are always spot on! Crazy line this morning and they get through it 5 minutes. They only slow down when they have a new trainee. Be patient, this is a good place
The barista that took care of my order was very rude and the service is terrible. I had some confusion on my order since I saw my order on the counter for pick up. The barista rudely brushed me off and told me they’re only going to hand me my drink through the drive through. I saw the same barista in the drive through and I said “Thank you have a nice day” and they scoffed and shut the door promptly. Before this I went to the other South Riding location in the area since I thought my order went there. They handled the confusion nicely and the workers are always very nice in that location.

I got 3 pike coffee today Sunday Feb 13, at 10:40AM. And I’m very disappointed because the coffee tastes so bad and i don’t think I was served pike, this is unacceptable as I called and no one answers, I want this issue to escalate to a manager or else I will be contacting corporate.
The only Starbucks I like in the area. Always make the drinks right and customer service is always quick and pleasant.
Went in today just to get coffee cake .I was greeted with did u order. I said yes .They said they usually do not get mobile orders this early when they open at 430. I went to check my phone I left in the car and I forgot to hit the place order button. But the lady behind the counter seemed like it was a bother. I have been going there for a few weeks the one guy. Was always nice and happy even when he was busy.. I will be going to the other Starbucks from now on in south riding.
Reliable Starbucks. Usually quicker than some of the other local stores. Gets busy, especially the drive thru, but they handle the volume well. Clean inside with a decent amount of seating.
Drinks are made very inconsistently.
