They didn’t serve decaf at 9:00am at this location ?
I received terrible customer service at store. I ordered a vanilla latte at 8:21 in the morning at Dulles Airport. I waited several minutes and began to notice customers who ordered drinks after me received their drinks. I kindly asked if their was a drink for me as maybe they missed it or there was a mistake. They said would have it up soon. Another several minutes went by and I went in line to get their attention again. The head barista at that time at this point was very rude even though it was clearly 20 minutes since I ordered. She personally made my drink and when I started to walk away was very condescending and said "You're welcome". I was very offended but didn't say anything. This was possibly the worst service I received at a Starbucks.
Good food and very fast
Having restaurants open in an airport is critical. If this restaurant is going to be closed then the airport should lease the space to someone else.

They are competing with the Starbucks at rest stops on the PA turnpike for slowest service. Who will win?!? We won’t be around to find out.
Found a credit card left in their machine when it was my turn to pay and the women accused me of trying the steal it after I handed it to them. CRAZY!!! How about a thank you... Rude service!!
If you want to go to a location that takes 10 minutes per customer... where a line of 8 people takes over an hour to process. Where you have to get on a flight after waiting 20 minutes for them to male your drink after paying... then you have come to the right place!
I had a fine experience at this Starbucks. Sure, they were out of the first thing I asked for, and sure, you'd think they would learn to speak up a bit because everyone in line had to ask them to repeat themselves. But, it was clean, the line wasn't bad, and they were polite.
