Placed a $300+ delivery order online for a graduation party for a delivery this past Monday. When the order still hadn't arrive 30 minutes later, I went to call the restaurant only to find out they are CLOSED ON MONDAYS. They charged my credit card and never delivered the order. When I called on Tuesday to complain and speak to a manager they literally just put the phone down and I heard people placing orders for 10 minutes. I called back again and was 'disconnected' while waiting for a manager. I had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge. Will never go there again!
DOWN FOR THE COUNT!I'm really heart broken with this place.Customer Service was very good.TACOS:Were extremely oily. I have never had tacos so oily in all my travels.Flavors were present. And everything seemed tasty. But then almost 8 hours later the oil and flavors started to come up. Couldn't even sleep.I had to take charcoal pills to deal with the reflux and oil.Maybe it was me, not used to eating oily food. Great taco selection. Staff is always nice. Recommend the Morris, Loco, and Ramona nachos.
Delicious Tacos but please spend some profit on fixing the baffling online order portion of the website. The pricing is all weird. You can add too many tacos to an order and its not clear if the price updates at all or not or if it does so with accurate pricing. The menu is only accessible from the initial splash screen, etc

Best food ever! However I cannot eat here any longer since they started using latex gloves for food preparation. This is simply dangerous to many anaphylactic allergy sufferers like me. Please use vinyl and I will return : (
Taco de lengua? Ummm, I don’t think so. The meat was over cooked and it has no flavor whatsoever. The carne asada taco was ok. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
A superb local taco place in Chantilly. Check out their 2-5pm happy hour for nice drinks! Their tacos are amazing, the salsa was spicy ? Plus the service was really friendly and fast. Check em out!
The number of Mexican restaurants and taquerias in our area is enormous, and some are very good. However, Señor Ramon's Chantilly location has got to be the best we've had in the whole region. And don't even get me talking about the staff! They all deserve 5 ⭐s!
Food was good, but a 35 minute wait at lunchtime for takeout when only 5 people are ahead of you is kind of ridiculous.
