The "New Yorker" sandwich was passable, but a far cry from New York. Pastrami & Corned Beef sandwiches in NY have Mustard... not some fugazy mayo based sauce. The meat was fair quality but being from NY... My hopes were shattered after the first bite.May try again, this time directing the employee as to exactly what to put on the sandwich. No coleslaw, no sauerkraut... meat and spicy dark mustard. Period.Nice atmosphere inside though.
Love the food but not the prices. If you’ve never been here, the steak and cheese sandwich will make you a believer. That’s what first brought me in. It’s seasoned soooooo good. This location has been consistently clean for as long as it’s been there. Customer service is great as well. I understand that COVID, inflation and business costs play a part in the price increase so I just consider this a periodic treat.
Delicious pizza and subs! Pizza is by the slice or whole pie. Subs are small to large and large is very big. Friendly staff accommodated our large party of ten.
Been coming since they opened and never reviewed them. I will say it's always been consistent, there is a lot to be said about consistency. The food is always good, always fast, and the service is always efficient. I say 4 stars only because it's a tiny bit pricey as you add things to your order, but the quality of what you get is never an issue. I wish them luck and will probably continue with my once every 6 month pilgrimage to get a really good sub served quick.
First time customer. Sandwich was ok. Customer service was mediocre. It was recommended by a friend, tried it, will probably not be my first choice for a sandwich again.
The staff is friendly, my sandwiches are usually very good. But the last time I ordered "The New Yorker" it was a bit skimpy as for the meat. It comes with both corned beef & pastrami you also have a choice of saurkraut or coleslaw, I chose the coleslaw and half my sandwich tasted like a cole slaw sandwich. Mind you the ingredients are always fresh...I'll have to ask them "if" I stop through again to spread the love with the meat!!!!....
I could, and have, eaten here, day after day after day! The food is amazing, service fantastic. Hands down the best Deli around!
I love Santini’s I use to visit Sterling location but I just stop by on my way home at the Chantilly location. Bad service At the time I am writing this review I wasted 20 minutes on a line waiting to somebody take my order: Is this a good service?
One of the few delis remaining that understands how to build a true Italian submarine sandwich.
