If you want to go to Sagar, don’t. Go somewhere else.\\nThey took off all the Chinese food and now only serve desi food. Plus, the desi food is so plain and bad. For the price it’s horrible. You can find so much more better desi food restaurants for a cheaper price.

Great Experience!!! Food is very good!!! Excellent service!!! I would definitely go back!!!

Really bad taste, chicken fried rice they put Kobab, chili beef has very bad taste\\nTotally disappointed, waste of money and TIME

I always loved Sagar! They have the best desi Chinese!I highly recommend their chicken lollipop, chili beef, chili chicken onion and of course the Thai soup. Most of their items are really good! They had a little bit of a hard time in the beginning in terms of customer service but they are doing much better now. They are managing the restaurant pretty well and serving the order on time! So give it a try, you won't regret if you like desi/ hakka Chinese!!

not the best food. staff is low also.we ordered lolly pop chicken, it was bland and tons of fat surrounding it. sauce was too sweet and not spicy at all.vegetable pakora - not what i expected. sauce was disgusting. don't know how to describe it but don't get it."spicy wings" - not spicy at all. also very bland only tasted of chicken with no seasoning. was well cooked thoughsagar chicken - too sweet and liquidy. some of the chicken was also overcooked. not spicy like it said it would. disappointing.beef chili onion - you would expect something nice none/very little sauce. doused in sauce that was wayyy too sweet and chewy. my dad didn't like it (he will say yes to everything) so that was a big signchow mein beef shrimp mix - overly greasy but decent. shrimp was ok but beef was strangely cut and was too salty.we couldn't finish any of the food because of the quality. "chefs" were looking through kitchen windows which was creepy and only one server who was ok, nice guy, too quiet.everything tasted like it was reheated and doused in some oil. truly disappointed and won't be coming back here again.

The Worst Food Ever!Today, we ordered food from this place, the Thai soup was okay. Rest of the food was very dry, stale , greasy and under cooked. We didn’t even try Chicken Manchurian as it looked awfully greasy. When I called the store manager, he was arguing and told me the specific food should look like this… Please be aware and do not ruin your appetite and hard earned money.

Amazing food. We went there on the Father’s day with family. Loved their signature Chicken Lollipop. We also tried few other items. The staff were very polite. Nice ambiance. Ample parking.

They decided to increase prices on all the popular items in menu. Why? You guys just opened the restaurant!! Not a good practice.Food in general, is average. But pretty overpriced, when you consider quantity of food served. Every item is much smaller in portion size with comparable Chinese restaurants; but now costs even more. Can't recommend. Definitely not worth the extra price hike.Food: 3/5Atmosphere: 3/5Price: 2/5

I had a really interesting experience. We went when the store opens at noon. We had takeouts before, but this is our first dine-in attempt at VA location. As we walked in, the person behind the register was talking on the phone and told us they were not open and need 10-15 min. I understand they may need some time so we decided to stick around as we are technically there after the official opening time. We saw someone mopping the floor and there was bleach smell so we realized they didn't finish cleaning before open of business. We stood at the door for a few min. Then we asked if we can sit down at the table next to the door since we didn't want to walk on the wet floor. The guys nodded sort of unwillingly, we sat down.At that point, we heard he finished taking a big order (heard the amount as he was confirming) that he said will be ready in 20-25 min on the phone. At that point, I said we know what we will order so they can start cooking and we can wait and don't need to see the menu. The guy said ok and then immediately called someone on the phone, completely ignoring us and not saying anything about taking orders or how long it will be. He kept talking on the phone. At that point, after sitting for about 10 min, we got up and left. He didn't even bother looking up from the phone or talking to us. The reason I didn't give it one start is because I like the food and I really want their business to flourish. The reason I am writing this elaborate review is that I want the owner to know about this so he can address the customer service problem immediately, as I am sure this display of poor customer service was not isolated. I applaud the owner to invest in our community, however this sub-par service must be addressed now before it's too late to get the business moving in the right direction with happy customers.

Awesome food! I been to their New York locations as well. I'm glad they're here. Very close to me and price is really good. Lollipop and thai soup was deliciousssss!!!!!
