Worst service ever! The Ceviche was extremely salty and no flavor. Picarones were like a gum and cold. The lomo Saltado meat was not eatable! Other dishes like the Ocopa and Causa was fine. Seco de carne was ok. Sorry!

Horrible service! The food used to be great, but my last experience was horrible, I believe that the oil was too old it smelled and taste bad ?
I orded a steak and cheese sandwich then an hour later they said they didn't have the cheese to make it. So they just never made the sandwich or let us know beforehand so i could at least order something different. Bad customer service, very unpleased>:(
Food was great, but the service was the worst. The younger female server would not come out to give a menu to us. She stayed behind the counter with a silly look on her face leaving the other server to try to keep up with the packed dining area. 20 minutes to get a menu. 35 minutes to receive our order. Then we waited another 30 minutes for the check that I had to go and get at the register. I don't think that I will be returning to this restaurant.
The quality., taste and service has really dropped off over the last year. Im hoping its temporary. This used to be one of my go-to spots for Peruvian Classic.
almost no service. the food is good when you can get it. you will be walking up to get your own food and check because no one will bring it to you. took almost 30 minutes to get menus. very disappointed.
Food it’s really good! But the service needs a major improvement!! Order something to go about the other day they told me in 20 minutes was going to be ready. It took them nearly 50 minutes for them to get my food. They didn’t even apologize about the wait time. What it took long was my fried pork platter they say but I also order 4 more orders witch they were done first. By the time they gave me my order (after 50 min) everything was cold already except my pork platter. A little disappointed. They could really use more servers as this restaurant gets packed on the weekends. Or more people helping in the kitchen. Very slow service other than that food was good.
If you want to enjoy a real Peruvian flavor try The Revash... buenaso.
We came with my son for Lunch after work on a Saturday, costumer service is awful, 20 minutes before we got the menu, my food was served first and the one for my son was packed to go, after 5 minutes the server opened the container and told the cook that it was for here, they put it in a plate and the food sat there another 5 minutes, I shouted where is the food.I will not waste my time here anymore.
