Welcome to the house of soggy chips and stale fries, with any consolation burgers are not bad and I will say not bad because five guys, shake shack has much better burgers for fast food prices. If you are in mood for mediocre food, this place is right for you !! Service is good so giving them 2 star. Very disappointed RRPlease go to Fairfax location, if RR is your thing
This Red Robin location has been awesome. I can dine here with reliable and consistent results and my experience is almost always satisfactory. The servers and staff are very savvy with the menu items, options, substitutions and more. Having visited this location several times, I recommend Red Robin for families and friends to join the dinner table, with menu options for almost anyone.
The food was great. I had a Smokehouse Brisket Burger, and Garlic Fries. I loved it! The service could have been a little more attentive. However, it was an early lunch, and for whatever reason very slow inside the restaurant. Will definitely be back when in the area.
For years I have been ordering Fish and Chips and been very pleased. It is my go to order. The last two visits have been disasterous. The first visit the fish was over cooked and very rubbery. The second visit (at a different location) was very disappointing. Instead of nice pieces of Cod I received fish sticks. At this point, I am not willing to go back. I was told by the waiter that they ran out. I feel that I should have been notified of the problem first. It was alluded that the management was changing the menu to the fish sticks. Fish and chips is not with fish sticks. If this is the new policy I am done with you.
Ordered pick-up, was ready when I arrived, food was packaged well for take out and was still hot enough to eat when I arrived home. Very good take out place during covid we've found (order regularly from here). Looking forward to returning to dine in here soon.
They were making everyone wait 30 minutes to be seated even though only about 10 tables were occupied at an given time while we were there. Over 30 people walked out after finding out the wait time. At one point we asked if we could sit at the bar (not one person sitting at the bar) they told us everyone has to be 18 or older and we had our 8 year old. 5 minutes later someone else asked the same person about sitting at the bar and they were told only if everyone was over 21. Neither of those ages are per ABC, so i guess it's up to the kid at the host stand. On the up side, our food came very quick (like very very quick) and our drinks stayed full.
After a few visits to this particular Red Robin, the consistent thing is the burgers and fries are great. With that said, I have one issue that has come up each time I've been there. The bar seating is treated in a similar fashion to the booth seating. And what I mean is the bartenders come and go. Similar to a server at a booth. Not sure if that is just how this Red Robin operates, but it's a bit odd. I'm just not used to not being able to strike up small talk with a bartender, because they are just not around for the most part.
I ordered over the phone because the online service did not work. The lady was very rude probably they were very busy but not professional low training customer service. The worst was the burger McDonald has better, for a 15 dollars a flat, grease, unflavored piece of meat not fair. The fries better not talk about it. Used to be good, I never come back again to this location.
Their burgers are ok, but not worth the price in my opinion. The pizza is not very good and pales in comparison to standalone Donatos that I used to frequent in Hampton Roads. Their chicken tenders are your typical dry and flavorless tenders that you get at most family style restaurants. Honestly, the only good thing I've had from there is their fries, which are well seasoned. The only chance I will return is if every other food business in the area burns down and all grocery stores cease to exist.
Red Robin is a classic place to get the best burgers ever. Personally I think their service is better than other places like shake shack. I do wish they gave more fries on carry out though
