Reasonable prices for all your sushi cravings. Small sashimi are always fresh. They take pre-order for any occasions.

Poor Customer Service: I have purchased sushi from this place before but today, the customer service experience has forced my hand. I asked if i could get an "r-2" California roll without salmon roe for my wife (she can't eat salmon products). The employee asked me how many rolls i would be ordering. I simply told him I needed one. He seemed annoyed and told me it would take 5 minutes, which I said was fine and told him I would be back in 5 minutes while I continued to shop inside Lotte. He then told me that I would have to pre-pay for the roll 5 dollar roll. Again, I told him that I would shop around and return in 5 minutes to buy the roll as well as some of the other pre-made sushi. He loudly stated that "he didn't know me" and that I needed pre-pay. I told him that I didn't appreciate his tone and simply left without buying anything. Needless to say, i don't plan return to this establishment.I mentioned the experience to the Lotte customer service desk but, as expected, they said the shop was not part of Lotte. I agreed but noted that it still had a negative look for Lotte and encourage her to pass this up to her management.I'm not a fan of writing these types of critiques, particularly for what I presume is a small mom-and-pop shop but this type of customer service, or lack thereof, is really disappointing. This isn't the first time something like this has happened at this place, but on this occasion i was with my pre-teen daughter and need to impress upon her that this isn't the way to treat people.

Satisfying sushi carryout for a great value! Received great customer service, too.

Poor service. We have been ordering party platters numerous times. Last time I ordered I asked for 8 chopsticks for party of 8 . Shopkeeper did not provide it at first. I had to ask again. He provided only 4 and said it doesn’t come with the platter. After spending around $ 75.00, I don’t understand why the hesitation/ refusal to provide cheap chopsticks. Not ordering from them anymore. If they don’t want to provide chopsticks then don’t keep it. If you keep it then provide accordingly to money spent. The party platter certainly had enough for more than 4 people.

Is this closed?!?! I have been eating here for years, and I sent yesterday and it is missing.

Great food, reasonable price!

Honestly a great place to get good quality sushi that’s not over priced. Having been over seas I’m used to quality sushi that doesn’t cost an arm and leg. The only reason it 4 stars instead of 5 is I ounce got sushi that wasn’t the freshest, and the difficulty in understanding when ordering platters.

This place fits the bill. They make the basics and also allow for substitutions when ordering the platters. Ingredients are fresh and rice is well made.

Okay, so the last review was from 2015, so I was a little skeptical, but there was no indication this place was closed so I called and sure enough they were open. As another reviewer mentioned--this is not a restaurant! It's a giant Asian grocery store (a very busy one at that) with a sushi counter right past the produce section. There's generally only one person working the counter so you order and then they tell you to come back in 10 minutes or so. There is no menu that I'm aware of, so you may want to know what rolls you want before you go. But the prices are unbelievable and the quality is exactly what you want and expect from a good sushi place. I think a rainbow roll costs about $7-$8 and simpler rolls like a California or a salmon avocado roll cost $3-$4. It's insane. Since discovering this place, I have no reason to go anywhere else. It's really awesome. One thing you may want to consider since I have not seen a menu is selection--I'm not sure if they offer every type of seafood or if they fry anything. You may want to call ahead and ask. Another thing to consider is you can't eat there. Everything is to go.
