Terrible customer service the employees are very rude and nasty. Don't waste your money on this potbelly there are other ones that will appreciate your business
I love coming here for my sandwiches! Karen is awesome and is always so enthusiastic. I love her energy and the care she puts into her customer service.
The food here is pretty amazing and the service is one of a kind. I strongly recommend when you have a chance, try these guys out.
Had not heard of this place, but it was adjacent to stores in which we had been shopping, so we stopped in for lunch. The taste of the turkey avocado sandwich was divine! It was toasted under a flame and was crunchy and wonderfully creamy at the same time. Every bite was delicious.My only complaint is that, unlike Subway, you cannot see your sandwich as it is being prepared. The counters are too high for people of average height to look down on the sandwich as the "extras" are added.
Is this location closed? Took my family there Saturday and today Sunday and both days the restaurant was completely closed during middle of the day, knocked on door, called the store number, no signage to indicate if it was an emergency, etc.. multiple people pulled up trying the same.UPDATE: This used to be a great location, now it could not be worse. Ordered delivery from here tonight and the restaurant cancelled my order 2 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered.
I used to work at a different potbelly shop and my experience today was legitimately awful. Associates were very dismissive and unhelpful. The load associate who puts toppings on had her mask around her chin breathing on my sandwich and the disrespectful cashier replied “it’s fine” to my request to change a charge for bacon to what I actually got which was salad bacon. A dollar difference in price that I’ve been made to pay too many times to count in this location. Simply infuriating.
Employees were confused about the sandwich size offering. But the sandwich was well made.
My mother came to this place a few hours ago and asked for a broccoli soup and the employee made her wait in the long line and kept walking back and forth. she took so long to tell my mom that the soup wasn’t ready when she could’ve gone to check and then told her at once that it wasn’t ready. We are on our lunch breaks. We don’t have time for slow employees. you asked me to email you but the email you gave me is telling me that it cannot receive my emails.
It's okay in a pinch. Nothing special.To Owner: I don't hand out 5-star reviews like candy. You're a fast-food chain sandwich shop...that alone rules you out.
I haven't eaten at a Potbelly in a long time. I remember loving their sandwiches, but this time, I got the Italian. It was good, but I didn't enjoy it as much as I used to. Not sure why. The employees are friendly and the store is very clean. I like the Alien on the wall. I might come back and try again.
