Poor quality pizza / service. what happened Pizza Hut?? you were delicious in the 80’s...
I just had the most horrible, greasy, tasteless, overpriced pizza ever. Greasy to the max and with absolutely zero taste. If you're traveling through Dulles airport, I beg you, skip this Pizza Hut across from gate D20. This is low, even for Pizza Hut.
This man, I believe his name is Revel (as stated on my refund receipt) says he’s the manager and was the most rudest “manager” I have EVER experienced. I stood in line for atleast 5 minutes with no greeting what so ever, no “I’ll be right with you” just stares and eye rolls. He eventually came to the front and took my order, I asked him a simple question “about how many vegetables come on the pizza” and he was excessively rude while answering me. He finished ringing me up and just stared at me when he could have simple said “anything else/your total is ___”, I asked my total and he acted like he didn’t want to tell me. I swiped my card and he walked away - again in a rude manner. I asked for my receipt and he rolled his aura, blew his breath, snatched a receipt out so I asked “am i making your life hard?” And he said “actually I’m doing you a favor since you want to order off menu items” (I wasn’t aware that asking for no cheese was an off menu item as I order it all the time from Pizza Hut with no issues because I’m vegan, I know many other vegans that do as well). I asked for a refund and he slammed his hand, snatched a receipt and balled it up with his wet hands and SLAMMED IT IN MY HAND”. I then asked for a supervisor and he said “I’m the manager” I said I need to speak with someone higher than you and he told me to go away. I asked another employee for cooperates number or someone higher than me and he instructed them to not talked me and told me “girl go on somewhere else” I will NEVER support any Pizza Hut again until this issue is resolved in a timely manner. He refused to actually give me his name as well.
Bone in wings were surprisingly good. Fries also good. Bread sticks in the small bite sampler were not the normal pizza hut bread sticks and weren't any good. Didn't try pizza but looked good and fresh
Nice staff food was hot and ready within 5 to 10 minutes. The bread sticks with the tomato marinara was surprisingly good
Staff friendly and professional. Quick service, food was delicious and appetizing. Great stop, if you are delayed.
Simple menu at the airport. I had the veggie lover's pizza, quick service and clean place

This is not the Pizza Hut I remember. The pizza and breadsticks are not what they used to be. This was just not good. And the dipping sauce for the breadsticks was basically just red water. What happened?
