Very good Hospitality and food also tasted very fresh and good. Pastries were delicious and juicy
I'm happy to order my daughter's birthday cake here. We were looking to have a custom cake to be halal. They made exactly as on the catalogue. It was delicious. They are prompt. Price is affordable. They even wrote name in a language they don't speak. They gave a free candle too. Overall I recommend to my friends as the best cake place around.
Really bad service and food. We were literally standing right next to the guy at the counter and he didn't even look at us or ask if we were gonna eat there or order. He didn't even respond to us.we still sat there and ordered pani puri and samosa chat, not to our surprise, both dishes were big disappointment. The stuffing for pani puri and the gravy on the chat were same. They just added few chopped onion in the curry and gave with pani puri. Never even thinking of going there!
We visited this place around 8:25 pm. Their closing time is 9 pm. We ordered 4 sandwiches. We thought of eating in the restaurant. They did not allow us to eat our sandwiches inside the restaurant saying that they are closing in 5 mins I.e. at 8:30. They advised us to go to DD or Chik-fil-At across art 50 to eat our food. This is totally not acceptable and so poor customer service. Will never visit this place again.
We went today 5:05PM 4/16 the guy standing the counter is on phone, asked him if I can see menu, he responded with "what?" with angry frown. I just kept quite browing their menu on the display, asked him to take order and told him an item, he "no we don't have" with same angry tone. We just walked out. Not sure who is the owner I pity him. Neither this guy wants to work or make some money, I suspenct he is sure on student visa working illegally there.

Just bought Black Forest cake and brought it home. When we cut it, it had over a foot long hair inside the cake. What a waste of $30
Will never order a customised cake from here again! We ordered a 4lb Birthday cake ahead of time and to our shock, they put the wrong name on the cake when we went to pick it up yesterday morning. They said they are going to make another cake by early evening after which they couldn't. The cake had a photo print over it which got badly crumpled due to all this. We had no choice but to take this cake as we had to celebrate my child's birthday in the evening. They put an icing over the name and wrote it all over again. Overall, cake looked bad and messy! They said to give us discount and free entree. The customer service is extremely bad. I had to remind them to give discount and free entree as promised. They only gave $10 from $63 bill of the cake. And no free entree as promised. Really bad bad customer service. Cake was terrible in taste and quality. Will never never come here again. They ruined our celebration and will never forget this moment.
The guy at the counter helped me about cake & food order. He was very friendly & giving me some options for catering. I don't know why so many bad reviews out there but it's one of the better restaurants in Chantilly lately.
