I have tried to give this location several chances. Every time it gets worse. Staff ignores you. They will not tell you anything. They state 15 minutes for pickup an hour and 15 minutes later nothing. Tried delivery several weeks ago and 2 hours later it showed up. Staff screaming at workers and costomers . All in all this is the worst place to get a pizza.
I recently moved to Fairfax and was unpacking. Didn't feel like cooking so in ordered a pizza and wings. On Friday, 6/10/22. The estimated delivery time was 75 to 84 minutes. No problem I was unpacking and planning to watch some basketball. As I tracked the progress of my pizza, it went on the oven, was being boxed up, then was on the way. I'm only 2.5 miles from them and I'm like where's my food. Next thing I get is a dying on my phone asking how my delivery was. When I called to tell them I did not receive anything. I was told that the driver called me 3 times and waited outside my apartment for 5 minutes. I did not receive any calls and all I was told was we'll refund your order and then hung up. Hmmm.... That did not solve my need for food. I got dressed and got in my car. I was still ticked about the service, so I decided to ride up to the restaurant to complain on person. You would think they would offer to remake my order. Nope. So I left and got food elsewhere. It'll be a long time before I order from here again.
If I could give 0 star i would. Called the local office but the order was taken by rep in Phillipines which i didnt know. Placed an order for pizza to be delivered to daycare facility for kids. It got so messed up and instead of 11.45am it was delivered an hoir later. Never ever do i order from papa johns again. So dissapointed. The rep sent my order to chantilly office instead of centreville. Chantilly manager said that he has one driver but it is not my problem. Manager of papa john do smth about this. It is unbelievable.
Terrible - pizza 1hr LATER than told, order was wrong, and they really dont care about the customer.Please, spend your hard earned money ANYWHERE else - I'll never come back, personally.
$45 for 1 pizza and a side. Ordered 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 sausage. Extra cheese. There were a total of 3 pieces of sausage on the whole pizza. C’mon man. For $45 you could at least add 1 piece of sausage per slice. Do better.
I placed my order and was not given a delivery time. I called back after over an hour 10 mins. Automated line said 71mins. I tried to get a manager the phone line would just disconnect. I continued to have had issues with this location. I am officially done.

I waited 70-80 minutes for my XL New York Style Sausage Pizza and Garlic Knots to be delivered and when I finally got them, they were cold. The pizza looked hastily made. They also didn't give me the right sauce for my garlic knots. $30 (because fees and tax) including a $6 tip and I was given cold pizza and cold garlic knots. My day is ruined and my disappointment immeasurable. I'm simply never ordering Papa Johns again. Chuck-e-Cheese could make a better pizza than what I was given.
Ordered my pizza and my confirmation email said it would take 32 minutes. Tracking said 31-41 minutes. An hour after I ordered my pizza I called the automated phone check in said it would still be 15 minutes. So I asked to speak to the manager to find out where my pizza was. His response was, “computers lie. This is corporates problem, not mine.” I asked what was I supposed to do then? I told him I understand being short staffed, I’m just trying to figure out when my food will be here. He then proceeded to tell me, “you have to call to get the right time,” “computers lie,” “I can’t be on the phone and make pizzas.” I told him that I would most likely not be ordering from them again, only then did he ask what he could do to make it better. But then didn’t offer anything.When my pizza did arrive it was cold and the crust was thin not original. The only decent part of the experience was the driver who was very kind.
Quick and friendly service. Pizza was yummy as usual.
