they accidentally mixed up one of our sandwiches. they promptly fixed their mistake and even gave us an ice cream cone! the store was clean and the staff was friendly. thanks Chantilly McDonalds!
Walked in the store waiting behind the lady was taking care of waited 10 minutes for employees did not recognize me and I proceeded to walk out because I was not serviced.
The entire inside was trashed. Every table was dirty, there was trash and food all over the floors under the tables. It must not have been cleaned all day because it was 3pm and there was still syrup on the table. I was surprise considering it’s one of the newly upgraded ones. We asked someone to clean a table off so we could eat which they did however, when we got our food we had about 4 items missing(this wasn’t a huge order)
Food was ready quickly, burgers were juicy, and even though all of us were trying to order over top of one another from the car in the drive-thru, the employee understood us perfectly and had our food ready quickly and accurately.
Long line in the drive thru. Use the mobile app. Very convenient. My order was correct and fresh.
Saw a similar review that I experienced. The customer service at drive thru is very bad. Once I finally got through to them what I wanted and paid, the next window didn't know what to give me. Even when I gave them the receipt. Service has really gone down!
Ordered a large fries, given NO ketchup. Grabbed some myself since all staff were busy. Got yelled at by the manager that I should have asked, instead of helping myself. However, why didn't she ask me if I wanted any ketchup, when giving me the order?! Last time, I stood there a long, long, long time for a refill of coffee, without anyone attending me when all their staff just passing me by. That's why I helped myself this time. This place is rude, slow, and disorganized.
Clean parking lot and rest room and fast service
The food was good and our order was right. I don't even mind the long drive thru back up (25 minutes) as much as I am so annoyed at the poor service. It's really bad!. This one guy who takes the order and collects the money is always having a bad day. I don't like dealing with him. Then you drive down to get the food- there is no sense of customer appreciation there either. NOT ONE greeted smiled, or said thank you. Everyone acts as if they're doing us this big favor. The food is not free!
This is the worst Macdonald in the area, the attention is useless, all their employees attend to one of the worst, and they have to wait more than 10 minutes for a happy meal. they are not professional at what they do. I hope never to return to that place.
