If I could give zero stars I would. I made a curbside order via the website with an estimated pickup time between 8:26-8:36. When I arrived, alerted them that I had arrived through the order confirmation email as required. I sat at the curb a while & then someone came out to inquire about whether I was waiting for an order and asked my name. He then told me it would be another 5-8 minutes. After waiting much longer than the time quoted, another employee came out and asked me the same question. I provided my name again and waited even LONGER. A little after nine I finally parked and went in to inquire about my order. THEY HADN’T EVEN MADE MY PIZZA YET. There were not really many patrons inside & it didn’t appear to be super busy. All I was told was that there was some sort of “miscommunication”. CLEARLY, that was the case. Especially since TWO employees spoke with me and somehow my order was never even made. I don’t know how that even happens! 0 out of 5 stars…..would NOT recommend!!
Ordered pizzas at 5:55 tonight and have called the store twice now (7:31 pm) to check where the food is. Online says it will be here at 6:38, and at 6:50 that it was “on its way” and now it is still not here. The person on the phone said “it probably won’t be hot when it gets there.” ?♂️ Chicken nuggets tonight, I guess. ?
The food price is good for their pizzas. I love their foods and definitely are understanding about when an error occurs with payment. They told me I could pay the full amount when and if when my cash comes back. Which will be soon hopefully since the payment didn’t go through still. They still gave me my pizza even though my payment didn’t go through. I also didn’t have cash on me. They are very understanding. Thank you very much by the way Marco’s Pizza. The next time I will give y’all a huge tip for the inconvenience for your time. Thank you again!

Just had my first pizza from these guys last night... my hands started waving around excitedly while I was eating it as if I was suddenly turned into a delightful Italian guy trying to tell his neighbors how delicious this food is purely through hand gestures.My god. It's good hot, it's good cold and its good microwaved. The crust is amazing.So freaking good. I'm not a culinary wizard... I have the pallet of a pimply teenager who thinks Mac n Cheese and Chilli are like the greatest creations on earth... so take this with a grain of salt.. but I feel like Marco doesn't mess around when it comes to pizza. I'm in love.

One of the best tasting pizzas I had from a franchise .Their bread is very fresh each time and the quality of cheese is always on point .I received my delivery less than its estimated time as well.

I've ordered several times from Marco's. Their old world pepperoni is my favorite of any chain pizza shops. I especially like their thin crust pizzas! Cheesy bread is delicious and their cinnamon bread sticks are also yummy. Staff is always friendly and my order is always ready for pick up on time.
Marcos Pizza in South Riding is my go to pizza spot. I love their pizza and subs. It always comes out piping hot with the sausage to pepperoni; everything taste so good together. The service I’ve always received at Marcos has always been wonderful. The management, she is a wonderful lady and always kind. The staff is totally awesome and friendly when I arrive and they treat me with much respect when I come in to eat or if I do curbside, they always treat me with respect and always friendly. I’ve turn many friends onto Marcos and it’s just the best pizza around. I don’t even live in a delivery zone so I have to come all the way from where I live to come get the pizza. My brother comes all the way from Manassas because there’s no longer a Marcos in Manassas just to have pizza. I have friends who come from Reston just to get their pizza because it is that good. People tend to write reviews only when they have a bad experience. I’m writing this review because I’m consistently receiving awesome service and awesome pizza.
