Below average taste. Not sure why many restaurants are operating in this NOVA area, when they are not taking the business and customers seriously.There are only a handful of Indian restaurants in this NOVA area that are running like real restaurants. Mistake on my part. I should have seen the rating and reviews for this restaurant before getting food here
Staff is nice and friendly and great food.
One of the worst Briyani experiences. Ordered Briyani through Uber (Paneer and Chicken).It was almost closing time and they sent us rice over paneer and for Chicken Briyani it was same. Briyani is something flavorful and everything was missing including for Chicken briyani they put only 1 piece.Horrible experience. The Indian grocery store in same area also makes briyani and love their briyani !
Very disappointed with the restaurant. We went with my family and the staff did not have courtesy to clean the table properly and when asked simply said short of staff. And to add to that the food disappointed too. We ordered poori and it was in a pool of oil. They gave store bought frozen roti and a cold paneer in the curry. When asked the staff simply said do you want us to warm it? I think it is any restaurant's courtesy to get it right rather than asking. I do not recommend this restaurant as I do not want to eat frozen food at a restaurant instead I can eat it at home for a quarter of the price.
I have ordered Gobi Machuria and Chili Gobi. Its not cooked properly. Everything was so uncooked and didn’t taste good. I don’t recommend this restaurant. Price is high and quality is not good.
Order chicken dum biryani and chilli chicken and chicken majestic and I really like the taste and one of the best Biriyani in VirginiaNeed to thank chef for making such a delicious food
Online prices does not match with what they are actually charging. I ordered 3 items and was charged extra $1 on all three items.I did not find a way to comment on top of yours. I appreciate that you have taken the corrective action. Now I see that the online prices reflect the ones in house
Ordered chicken biriyani yesterday it has very less salt so almost tasteless. Starters are ok, but some kind of flavors are dominating.
Worst customer response. Food quality okay but never lost for long time. They never delivered for given time always late deliveries. I ordered food for new year and agreed to deliver 7 but food was ready at 8:30 and messed up in ordered items and most of the food started giving bad smell after 11:30. I thought of informing them next day but the guy who picked the call was rude and kept call in hold for 7 minutes though he was not listening and asking me to call back when he is free . THE WORST CUSTOMER RESPONSE EVER.
I have ordered takeout of Chicken Fried Rice and Ulavacharu Biryani. Tastes good but the chicken quantity in fried rice is very less. Other than that everything is good.I
