Bread is complex and layered, meat is juicy and never stringy, veggies taste plenty fresh, atmosphere is extremely welcoming, employees whistle and sing as they work, and they offer mild outdoor seating.I've got nothing negative to say other than that the portions are a bit small, but for the price it's a steal despite an average wait time for the food ($9 sandwiches/wraps and $14 platters). Also they serve on paper plates and a lunch tray but like, considering all else, this is an impressive local establishment.4.5-5/5Update: this bread is crazy good
1. Shami kabob tasted bad and lamb+ chicken was burnt2. They gives curries in same box as meat which makes kabob soggy.Drive to Herndon and eat at charcoal kabob instead and thanks me later.
We’ve gotten food from here twice and it was delicious both times! The chickpeas are amazing. The chicken kabobs were also delicious! Great place for food.
Absolutely disgusting food by any standards! I got a shame Kabab sandwich with the bread uncooked (still soft Doug). The Kabab was like rubber! It left a horrible taste in my mouth after just one bite. Had to throw the rest away! Wife got a vegetarian dish which tasted completely bland! Simply the worst food I’ve ever had anywhere! It’s unbelievable that someone would actually give this place anything more than a one star ( I would give it a negative star if that was an option). You have no business running a restaurant if you don’t know how to cook or provide quality control! Absolutely disgusting! Shame on you!
This is one of two sister restaurants. The other is in Jinnah Marker, Islamabad. Amazing food. Fresh. Authentic. So good!
Best Kabobs around the area. Good amount of meat and bread taste good. Comes with 1 side. Dipping Sauce is good as well. I never finish a whole meal but at this place I can eat it all!
Awesome kabobs. Got 2 weekends back to back.
Decent food- poor service. Submitted an order through Grub Hub which stated my order would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. My husband arrived 25 minutes later and the staff was outside taking a break (no big deal). My husband went inside and waited at the counter and one of the employees come inside and my husband tells him about the order. The employee then proceeds to rudely lecture him about needing time to cook the order because it was just received. In reality the order wasn’t just received- the staff was outside and missed the order. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the employee just apologized versus having an attitude and being disgruntled about having business.
I bought five plates. 3 lambs, 1 ground beef and 1 super dish. Everything was exquisite and delicious. The meat was tender and well seasoned, the veggies were well cooked and the sides were really good. I really liked that the rice had onions and other condiments. The green salsa was slightly spicy and went well with the lamb which I had. The bread that they came with was very good as well.My mom had the super dish and she found all 3 types of meat to be really well equally. We did not get drinks or other sides aside from the main dishes of food. The single plates of food were more than enough because they were full of food, the portions are quite generous. For the price, I would definitely recommend it and will more than likely return again.Thank you for the great food and the great service. 5 stars from me.
We came here for dinner. We ordered chicken kabob and lamb kabob. My fiance loved the lamb. The meats were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We recommend trying this place out sometime. We ate outside on the patio furniture since it was too warm inside. We got a ton of food. The worker there was very polite and made us feel welcome.
